This morning depart for the airport to board a flight to Aurangabad.

On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Leave for a full day excursion to the Ajanta Caves, the famous archaeological masterpiece that has earned the status of World Heritage Site, known for its breath taking prehistoric caves, gorgeous locations and towering sculptures. After observing the Buddhist motifs and style, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

In the morning you will drive to Kufri which is located at an altitude of 2500 meters which is around one hour of drive from Shimla. After this you will be taken to visit some of the attractions of Shimla which comprise of Mall road Shimla, Shimla Ridge, Glenn, prospect Hill, Summer Hill, etc.

Drive to Antantpur Sahib Check in hotel. Visit famous Gurudwara at Anandpur sahib. Overnight at hotel

Drive through the fertile plains of Punjab and reach the Mecca of Sikh Faith- Amritsar. On arrival, check in at your hotel.
In the evening take a stroll at the streets of Amritsar watching the local people and their activities at the roadside bazaars. At about 2100 hours in the evening you will be transferred to the Golden Temple to experience a very interesting evening ceremony in which Guru Granth Sahib (The holy book of Sikhs) is carried overhead by a holy man to Akal-Takht (the holy seat of Sikh Panth).

Visit the Golden Temple to attend the prayers. The most amazing part is to watch the grand communal feast at the Golden Temple, which runs 24 hours a day where anyone can participate in cooking, washing, cleaning, feeding and other activities at the Langar (feast) Hall. Also visit Jalianwala Bagh.

Later in the day drive to the official India- Pakistan crossing at Wagah to witness the very interesting Beating the retreat ceremony.

During the day take a guided tour to the Eastern and Western group of temples. Stay overnight at Khajuraho.

Drive to Orchha- a virgin historical site picturesquely located by the banks of Betwa River. The place with its beautiful palaces and thematic chambers is still almost untouristic. Visit the Fort, Raj Mahal palace, Raj Praveen Mahal Palace, Jehangir palace and the Royal chhattries. Also visit Raja Ram temple- the only place where Lord Rama is worshipped as a king. Stay overnight at Orchha.

Drive to Gwalior. Check in at hotel. Visit Gwalior Fort Light and Sound show and other attractions. Stay overnight at Gwalior.

Further drive Udaipur is a cool oasis in the dry heart of Rajasthan. It is probably the most romantic city in a state where every city has some romantic or exotic tale to tell. The huge city palace towering over the Lake Pichola is the largest palace complex in Rajasthan. Though it is a conglomeration of buildings built by successive rulers, it manages to retain a surprising uniformity of design and affords very fine view of the lake and the city from the upper terraces.

After breakfast, drive to explore the Lake City, City Palace. This is a largest place complex in Rajasthan. A majestic architectural marvel towering over the lake on a hill surrounded by crenelated walls, it is conglomeration of courtyards, pavilions, terraces, balconies, corridors and rooms. The main entrance is through the triple arched gate, the ‘Tripolia’ with eight marble porticos.

Saheliyon-ki-Bari
This small ornamental garden was a popular relaxing spot where royal ladies came for a stroll and therefore the name. The garden has many fountains in its four pools, chiseled kiosks and marble elephants.

Jagdish Temple
This temple built by Maharana Jagat Singh in 1651. This Ind temple is the largest and the most beautiful temple of Udaipur with enshrine of a black stone image of lord Vishnu.

In the evening, you may enjoy boating on Pichola Lake (on direct payment basis) and plan a dinner at the cafe at Jag Mandir Palace perched on an island. Stay overnight
