Arrival in Kochi | Welcome to the Queen of Arabian Sea

Meet our representative at Kochi and get transferred to your pre-booked hotel and complete the check in formalities in Kochi. Explore the places nearby to your hotel in Kochi. Enjoy an overnight stay and dinner at Kochi.

Kochi - Alleppey | Welcome to the land of lush backwaters

Wake up in the morning, have a refreshing breakfast and head out to explore Alleppey. which is about an hour's drive from Cochin. On arrival at Alleppey, complete the check in formalities in your pre-booked hotel and after you can book your private houseboat and cruise(Extra charge to be paid) on the Backwaters. The splendid area is full of canals, lakes, and coves. You can enjoy and observe the palm-fringed landscape from your houseboat. Apart from the mesmerizing surroundings, it's the life along the backwaters that makes this a fascinating experience.

Alleppey to Kovalam | Explore the most pristine beaches of India

Wake up in the morning, have a healthy breakfast and pack your luggage. Get transferred and drive to Kovalam which will take 3 - 4 hours. Witness picturesque views on the way to Kovalam. On arrival at Kovalam, complete the check in formalities in your pre-booked hotel and rest for sometime. In the evening, explore the places nearby your hotel. Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of tickets and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
The Company will not be responsible in any way for Flight Miss, Any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents, Snow fall etc. All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather & road condition.
Elorstar Trip hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any Jurisdiction of a country other than those where it is operating its offices for all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatever nature relating to any product including tour by Elorstar Trip, the court and tribunals in Haryana, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. All tours are subject to laws, rules of RBI/Govt of india.
The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget. In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation
Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
Changes is not possible at last moment or at the time of check in its depend on availability with additional charges.

Payment Terms & Methods :

* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

30% not refundable amount and Once booking made , cancellation charge will be 30% of total Billing.
30 - 15 days Before Check in - 50% of the total estimated Bill.
15- 07 days - 75 % of the Total Estimated Bill.
07 Days before check in - 100% of the total Estimated Bill.
If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail .
We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ prepone, charges depend on hotels . Additional charges will be levied.
Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/transport and season/off-season time. (Do intimate us 10 days prior to your journey)
We do not accept any change in plan within 10 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.
45 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges (only 15% Processing Fees)
Cancellation charges would be applicable from the same date we receive mail in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows (this is not valid for group Bookings):
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any reason we must be informed in writing via e-mail.
