Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Njp Railway Station / Ixb (Bagdogra Airport) - Gangtok

  RAILWAY STATION / IXB (BAGDOGRA AIRPORT) - GANGTOK
  Arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport. Transfer to Gangtok (5500 ft /110 kms / 04 hrs). Over night at Hotel at Gangtok.

  • Meals & Drinks : Dinner

• Day 2 : Tsangu Lake , Baba Mandir Nathula Pass (Nathula Pass Permit Cost Extra@4000/ Per Vehicle )

  A day excursion to Tsangu Lake (departure at 0700 to 0730 AM hrs ) - situated at a height of 3,780 Mts. with an average depth of 50 ft , Baba Mandir and Nathula Pass - The shrine maid in memory of sepoy Harbahajan Singh, Back to Gangtok. Evening free. Over night stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Gangtok - Lachung

  Pick-up from hotel at Gangtok at about 10 a.m. proceed to Lachung (124 Kms / 06 Hrs) at an altitude of 9,600 ft. On the way stop and enjoy a few wonderful locations like Tashi View Point, Kabi Lungstok, Naga Waterfalls, the confluence of Lachen-Chu and Lachung- Chu at Chungthang, Twin Waterfalls and Bhim Nala Waterfalls on the way. Over night at Hotel IN lachung.

• Day 4 : Lachung - Yumthang - Gangtok

  After breakfast full day excursion to Yumthang Valley & Hot Spring (11800 ft / 1½ hrs on one way). After lunch, transfer to Gangtok (124 kms / 06 hrs). O/n at Gangtok.

• Day 5 : Gangtok - Darjeeling

  After breakfast transfer to Darjeeling (7100 ft / 115 kms / 4½ hrs)check in Hotel after lunch visit.The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, PNZ Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock,Tibetans Refuge Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), Rope way, Japanese Temple,Ava Art Gallery & Peace pagoda.. Evening free for leisure. Over night at Hotel.

• Day 6 : Darjelling - Njp Railway Station / Ixb Airport

  Early Morning at 0400 AM visit Tiger Hill ,famous for sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzonga, on way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop and back to hotel. After breakfast leave Darjeeling and proceed towards – NJP railway station / Bagdogra Airport (110 kms / 03 hrs) for your onward journey.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/ coach during your stay, shall be payable by the client. TRUSTED TOURS & TRAVELS will not be liable for the same.


• All the above mentioned sightseeings are based on time schedule, to cover the complete sightseeing points, extra care of timing should be maintained otherwise TTT will not be responsible for the same.


• The TTT Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.


• Management  of TTT reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, bus or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.


• We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.


• For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same.


• TRUSTED TOURS & TRAVELS will not be liable for any loss of baggage, expensive things etc, in train/bus/hotel.


• All arrangements made by TRUSTED TOURS & TRAVELS are in the capacity of an agent only. TRUSTED TOURS & TRAVELS will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled Trains & acts or forces of nature.


• Payment Terms: 100% payment before departure date.


• Payment Mode: CASH/DEBIT CARD / CREDIT CARD / NET BANKING/NEFT

Cancellation Terms:-

• If the client cancels the tour package booking 30 days or more prior to the date of travel, such cancellation shall attract a cancellation charge equivalent to the booking amount.


• If the client cancels the tour package between 20 days to 10 days prior to the date of travel, such cancellation shall attract a cancellation charge equivalent to 80% of total tour package cost.


• If the client cancels the tour package less than 10 days prior to the date of travel, such cancellation shall attract a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the total tour package cost.


• If the client wishes to amend or cancel the tour package booking because of whatsoever reasons including non-payment of the Balance Amount, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges as mentioned in this clause from the client.
