• Day 1 : Arrival and Transfer to North Goa Hotel.

  Upon arrival the driver will pick you up from the airport/railway station and drop at the Hotel. Enjoy the Day at Leisure and overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 2 : North Goa Sightseeing / Leisure

• Day 3 : Explore North Goa by self (No Vehicle provided)

  Explore by self, North Goa is a paradise for Sundowners. Home to some really pretty beaches and peace giving places of worship, North Goa is an essential part of the Goa holiday experience. There is so much that one can indulge into while at this part of the beautiful state that one may never wish to go home. Nature lovers can choose from variety of places to call their nest, whereas the adventure seekers can freely sway from here to there as vivid water sports await them. Romantic couples can find their moments in the backwaters and isolated places, whereas Amigos can hangout together in coolest shacks and groove to some awesome music.

• 2. Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
• 3. The confirmation is subject to availability.
• 4. There will be Extra Night Charges applicable if the Vehicle is being used before 7 A.M. or
• Post 6 P.M.
• 5. Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a
• quotation. The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/ month.
• 6. The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able
• to get the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
• 7. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation
• segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike,
• Roadblocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable
• nor exchangeable.
• 8. Base category Room will be provided in every package category.
• 9. Extra bed means Extra mattress.
• 10. Heater charges are extra.
• 11. The car may or may not have power windows
• 12. In case the Guest has chosen North goa Sightseeing (Private), the itinerary followed will be:
• Pick up from Hotel by 9.30AM & proceed to Fort Aguada – Candolim Beach –Sinquerim
• Beach – Calangute – Baga Beach – Anjuna & drop back to hotel by 5PM by private Ac
• Car
• 13. In case the guest has chosen South goa Sightseeing (Private), the itinerary followed will be:
• Pick up from hotel by 9.30AM & proceed to Old Goa Churches - Monty Hill Church – Dona
• Paula – Miramar Beach – Panjim Shopping – Panjim Church – Panjim Boat Cruise
• (optional) & drop back to hotel by 6PM.by private AC Car
• 14. Sightseeing Entry Tickets are not included in the Package cost.
• These sightseeing entry tickets include:
• ● Entry Tickets to Dudhsagar Waterfall trip
• ● Jeep Safari tickets at Dudhsagar waterfall Trip
• ● Dinner and Entry tickets for Mandovi River Cruise or any other Cruise
• 15. Our Cabs will be available for the mentioned itinerary in the final quote. If the guests want to
• cover any extra location or want the vehicle for extra time, the extra charges will be applicable
• as per the requirement.
• 16. We have only telephonic/mail contact with our Customers. We take no liability for the
• conduct of customers or any dispute between customer and hotel.
• 17. All hotels do not have lift facilities & the guest may have to climb stairs. In case of guests
• having problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher
• floors, we will request you to report this problem at the time of booking so that we may take
• appropriate action. This is again subject to availability.
• 18 .In most hotels mentioned above Extra Person Sharing the Room, Child with Extra Bed, will
• be provided MATTRESS / ROLLOVERS as per requirement.
• 19. Watersports Activity at Malvan happens on sharing Basis (SIC) and the Traveller Picks up the guests
• at 6 A.M. in the morning. Similar other activities happening on a sharing basis are done starting at 6 A.M.
• in the morning. The timing needs to be taken care of

Payment Terms & Methods :
* 50% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

1. 50% payment required immediately
2. 50% 15 days before the travel date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
1. Booking is non-refundable if the travel is within 21 Days
2. 2000 INR processing fees in case of cancellation before 21 Days
3. Credit note will be issued in case the state announced the lockdown
