Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Delhi to Narkanda by cab :-

Arrive at Delhi Airport & drive to Narkanda. Spend the day at leisure.
Meal: welcome Drink and Dinner

Activities : Family , Heritage , Hill Stations & Valleys
Day 2

Narkanda to Sangla by cab :- (90 kilometers in approximately 5 hours)

After breakfast checkout from hotel and visit Hatu peak. Hatu peak is 7 km from Narkanda. The famous Hatu Mata temple is situated at the top of the peak. Thanedar is known as the Fruit Bowl' of Himachal Pradesh known famously for apple orchards. . after that depart for Sangla via Karcham. Your journey from here will take you to another spectacular destination in the middle Himalayas which is also known as Baspa valley – the prettiest valley in Himachal. Arrive at Sangla & check-in to your Hotel. After a delicious dinner, sleep
comfortably overnight.

Day 3

Sangla - Kalpa (49 kilometers in approximately 4 hours)

After breakfast this morning, check-out from your hotel and drive to Kalpa. 2670 meters above the sea level, Kalpa is the district headquarter of Kinnaur and was once the favorite getaway of Lord Dalhousie. On reaching Kalpa, check-in to your Hotel. Once known as Chini, little has changed in Kalpa in the last 500 years. Legend has it that when Lord Dalhousie wanted to take a break from his hectic schedule in Shimla, he would come here on his Horseback. By the side of Kalpa is a 79-foot rock formation that resembles a Shivling that
changes the colour as the day passes and is visible to the naked eye on a clear day. After lunch, rest in your hotel for a while. In the evening, visit the Buddhist Gompa - Hu Bu Lan Kar. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4

Kalpa to Chitkul by cab:- (40 kilometers in approximately 3 hours)

Kamru Fort

After breakfast checkout from hotel, explore the vicinity around including an ancient Kamru Fort & Temple dedicated to the Goddess Kamakhya Devi which was brought from Assam. After lunch, leave for an excursion to Chitkul the last Village on old Indo-Tibetan
trade route. Walk through the green orchards, by a brilliant stream. As the day falls, return to your hotel in Chitkul for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5

Chitkul to Sarahan (106.3 kms.- 3.51 Hrs.)

i) Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)
ii) Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 12:00 hrs.Check in time is 12:00 noon.(Early check in is subject to availability)
iii) We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
iv) We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
v) Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.

Payment Terms & Methods :

CHILD POLICY:-
• Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in
hotel.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE
• For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to
be inform us at least 30days prior of tour date.
• INR 3000/- will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
• If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and
advance amount is non refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-

• Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to Rs. 4,000/ per room OR 40% Of Total Package Which Ever is higher.
• Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
• Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention
• Cancellations made within 10 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention.

Very bad experience Totally harassment by cab driver all the time . Humara package tha 2N 3D ka from Ludhiana to Manali Aur humne package Asha mam ke through book krwaya tha jab Hum Ludhiana se chale tabhi cab driver ne half payment le li Aur fir jab Hum manali pohnche tab Hume bola ki ap sabhi sight peddle dekhlo fir next Day Humne attul koksar sisu jana tha toh driver car slow chlane lga bs jaan bujh kr tym pass kr raha tha jab humne usko bola toh humare sath misbehave krne lgya Aur attul jakar car khrab ho gyi toh humse waha par dhakka v lgwaya fir waha se return ana pda woh v by tochan Aur next Day bola ki aj vapis jane ka din hai fir humne apne extra expense pe Sara kuj ghum kr aye ..its totally bad package Jaha tk ki Hume koi solution v nikal kr nhi diya gya end tk
