• Rates are subject to change, based on availability upon confirmation and ROE
• This is only a quotation and we are not holding any rooms against this quotation.
• Early check-in and Late check-out subject to hotel occupancy and charge extra
• Vehicles are on a point-to-point basis not under disposal.
• Quote based on minimum 2 Pax travelling together
• Failure to arrive at your hotel or property/ on arrival/ departure will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
• The attractions rates & operational status subject to change as per covid-19 guidelines and management.
• The revised cost will attract on the basis of increase / decrease on group size.
• Above rates are calculated based on current exchange rate and in case of any fluctuation the rates will be revised accordingly.
• There will be additional surcharge of coach if flight arrival &/or departure is between 2300hrs – 0630hrs.
• As per Govt. notification it is mandatory to furnish PAN card details of every traveller.
• Needed TCS declarant form from the agent for the booking process.
• GST 5% will be charged extra on INR payment.
• Visa & Insurance not included.
• As per Covid-19 guidelines the guest should clear all the formalities of immigration & visa (As per visiting respective Govt. norms).

Cancellation Policy

• 25% cancellation within 30 days from travel date
• 50% cancellation within 16 days from travel date
• 100% cancellation within 08 days from travel date or after issuing the voucher
• No Refund on any cancellation within 05 days prior to arrival
