Day 1

Srinagar Airport - Pahalgam KM :90 HRS :2

Meet & Greet by our representative/Driver at airport . Later explore the local sightseeing of Srinagar like Dilsad garden, Shalimar Bagh , Tulip Garden etc and post late lunch proceed proceed for Pahalgam .Pahalgam is famous for its scenic beauty and is the jewel of the picturesque Liddar valley located in the high Himalayas. It provides an ideal setting for activities like hiking, trekking, and fishing.. Check in Hotel . later enjoy the local points of Pahalgam . Overnight stay at Pahalgam

Day 2

Pahalgam Sight seeing - Srinagar KM :90 HRS :2

Today morning after having your delicious breakfast proceed towards the wonderful views of the Pahalgam. This is one of the appealing towns in the state which is also called as the ‘Valley of Shepherds’. This is the town where you can along with your family members be visiting to the aromatic fields.Check into the hotel.One can visit Betaab Valley, Chandanwari and Aru Valley in Pahalgam (Direct payment basis). Post sight seeing proceed for Srinagar with run of 2 hrs approx .Check In in House Boat for lifetime experience on water. Overnight stay at Srinagar ( House Boat ) .

Day 3

Excurssion to Sonmargh KM :90 HRS :3

Today morning after having your delicious breakfast you can go for the day trip to Sonmarg. Sonmarg (2800Mtrs above sea level), which means ' meadow of gold ' has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh meanders along here and abounds with trout and mahseer, snow trout can be caught in the main river. You can access the snow which is furnished all over like a white carpet. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajwas glacier a major attraction during the summer months. In the evening return back to Srinagar. Enjoy your dinner & lovely stay at Srinagar Hotel.

Day 4

Excurssion to Gulmarg KM :50 HRS :2

In the morning drive to Gulmarg, the meadow of flowers The route from Srinagar to Gulmarg is fascinating. You will be mesmerized by its beauty. Gulmarg is famous all over the world for Skiing and Snowboarding.During the British Raj, Gulmarg hosted the Britishers and Europeans and as such they created a European hill resort and named it GulmargIn Gulmarg you would be able to find European surroundings and 18-hole Golf Course and enjoy Gondola Cable Car Ride world's highest and the Asia's longest cable car (at your own cost). Enjoy photography, horse riding and shopping at this beautiful snow point and enjoy gondola ride to Kongdoori & Appahrwhat After that return to srinagar for a comfortable overnight stay.

# Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary
are subject to confirmation
# Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we
shall not be responsible.
# A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
# In the area (almost all) the hotels do not have a lift facility and in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can arrange rooms at the lowest floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs possible.
# We have selected, combined & graded the hotels in a manner, so that the clients get similar of Standard/Budget of services & facilities at every destination / place of retirement.
# As the area is backward it is quite obvious that the constructions of the hotels are unplanned. This further means that almost all the good hotels are located in the city centers. These hotels may have the view of the building in the front, beside or behind them. As the services are under mark in the area and as mentioned above, we have made our hotel selection on the basis of SERVICES provided.
# For Extra Person Sharing the Room & Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotel of our area provides MATTRESS and ROLL OVERS as a supplement to Extra Bed.
# In our area almost all the hotels do not have lift, so the guest have to climb stairs to reach their rooms. Incase the guest/s have problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we will request you to report this problem immediately so that we are careful in assigning Hotels which will be more convenient than the ones quoted/reserved for them.
# Hotel in Premium, Deluxe, Standard & Budget Category have system of providing room heater on request & extra payment. This payment is not included in the cost & the user has to settle it directly with the hotels before check-out. The charge varies from INR 200.00 to INR 400.00 /night.

# Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to deluxe Room .
# Hotels/Homestays are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.
# You can check all the hotels quoted by our executive if you want to change any hotels or up gradation
service difference will be leaved, carefully check our confirmation if you want any change then update
us within 7 days from the receiving confirmation voucher.
# Changes is not possible at last moment or at the time of check in its depend on availability with
additional charges.
# Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.

# Non A/C Sumo / Max / Hard top Jeeps for 4-8 pax.
# Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera for 6 pax including childwith supplement Cost
# Gangtok city tour is done only by Maruti van / Indica / Wagon R (4 people in a car).
# If guest are booked for luxury vehicle, Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / AC Tempo Traveller will be provided as per availability.
# Only 06 heads are allowed in 1 Innova / Scorpio / Xylo including child. In case the number of heads traveling increases, than the guest will have to take another vehicle.
# In one Sumo / Max only 08 heads are allowed including child. If the number of heads traveling is more than 08, then guest will have to take another vehicle.
# Tempo Traveller is of Capacity of 13 Pax
# Incase the guest is opting for Innova / Scorpio inform the guest to travel light with minimum baggage of one piece per person. In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this will be borne by guest directly.

# The package cannot be combined with any other offers,

# The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends

# Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Cancellation Policy :

In any case of cancellation of booking, it must inform in advance to India Voyagers by writing (Through Mail )

Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of cancellation letter.

The following cancellation charges shall apply as per the period of cancellation terms.

Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 10% of the package cost to be deducted

If postponed or preponed of the service date made on or before 30 days, only 5% of the package cost to be deducted and cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period

30 days before of service starts, 20% of the total package cost will be deducted

From 29 days up to 15 days before of service 40 % of total cost will be deducted

From 14 days up to 10 days before of service 50 % of total cost will be deducted

From 09 days up to 06 days before of service 60 % of total cost will be deducted

From 05 days up to 48hrs before of service 90 % of total cost will be deducted

Between 48 hours to the day of service starts 100 % of total cost will be deducted

In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total coast will be deducted
