Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu – Overnight Stay in Kathmandu

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from Gateway Of Dreamz will greet you and escort you to your hotel. A refreshing welcome drink will be offered during the check-in process.

Explore Kathmandu & Transfer to Nagarkot – Overnight in Nagarkot

After breakfast (08:00 AM), begin a cultural tour visiting sacred Pashupatinath Temple, the iconic Swayambhunath Stupa, the historic Kathmandu Durbar Square, and the artistic heritage site of Patan Durbar Square – the City of Fine Arts.
In the late afternoon, enjoy a scenic drive to the hill station of Nagarkot, famous for its stunning sunset views.
Optional: Experience an early morning Everest Mountain Flight at 06:30 AM (prior to breakfast).

Day 3

Journey to Bandipur via Manakamana Temple – Overnight in Bandipur

Early Morning: Enjoy a breathtaking sunrise along with panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges in Eastern Nepal.
Following breakfast (08:00 AM), explore the beautifully preserved Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site rich in culture and architecture.
At 10:00 AM, begin your drive toward the charming hill town of Bandipur. On the way, you can either visit the sacred Manakamana Temple by cable car or opt for an adventurous white water rafting experience on the Trishuli River.

Bandipur Exploration & Transfer to Pokhara – Overnight in Pokhara

Early Morning: Witness the majestic Himalayan peaks from the serene surroundings of Bandipur.
After breakfast (08:00 AM), take a stroll through the historic town of Bandipur, known for its cultural charm and scenic beauty.
In the afternoon, depart for Pokhara (approximately 3-hour drive). The evening is yours to relax—consider enjoying a peaceful boating experience on Phewa Lake.

Sarangkot Sunrise & Pokhara Exploration – Overnight Stay in Pokhara

Early Morning: Drive to the scenic viewpoint of Sarangkot to experience a mesmerizing sunrise over the Himalayas, including peaks such as Annapurna, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and Dhaulagiri. On the return, stop to visit the sacred Bindabasini Temple. After breakfast (08:00 AM), continue your sightseeing with visits to the impressive Davis Falls, the mystical Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, the deep Seti River Gorge, and the informative Gurkha Museum.

Departure – Transfer to the Airport

Flight Time: You’ll have free time until your scheduled departure. Our team will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport approximately 3 hours before your flight. The airport is about a 30-minute drive from your hotel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation by the Client
If a client chooses to cancel their travel arrangements, the request must be submitted in writing (email ) to our office. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice will determine the applicable cancellation charges as outlined below:

Cancellation Period Before Departure - Cancellation Fee
30 days or more - 20% of total trip cost (processing fee)
15 to 29 days - 25% of total trip cost
7 to 14 days - 50% of total trip cost
Less than 7 days - 100% of total trip cost (no refund)

Note: In addition to the above charges, any non-refundable amounts paid in advance to airlines, hotels, or third-party vendors (e.g., permits, entrance fees, flight tickets) will be deducted from the total refundable amount, regardless of the time of cancellation.

2. Agency's Right to Cancel or Modify
In the rare event that the travel agency must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, health emergencies, insufficient number of participants), the following options will be offered to the client:
A full refund of all payments made (excluding non-refundable third-party charges), or ∙ The option to transfer the booking to a future date or alternative tour, subject to availability and client approval.
The agency shall not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the client (e.g., visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses).

3. Refund Procedure
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approved cancellation.
Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
Bank transaction fees, credit card processing fees, and currency conversion charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, loss or damage to baggage, natural calamities, and personal liability. The travel agency shall not be liable for any expenses arising from the lack of adequate insurance coverage.

6. Force Majeure
The agency shall not be held responsible for any cancellation or modification of services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, cancellation fees and refund terms may differ and will be communicated accordingly.
