Arrival Time – Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from GATEWAY OF DREAMZ EXECUTIVE will be there to greet you. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel in a private vehicle.

Kathmandu Sightseeing & Drive to Janakpur – Overnight in Janakpur
08:00 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, begin your Kathmandu sightseeing tour. Visit two prominent cultural landmarks:
A short spiritual visit to Boudhanath Stupa – one of the largest spherical stupas in the world and a significant pilgrimage site for Buddhists.
Patan Durbar Square – A UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its Newar architecture, ancient palaces, temples, and courtyards.
Depart for Janakpur by road (approx. 8–9 hours’ drive depending on traffic and road conditions).
En route, stop at Dhulikhel for a brief rest and panoramic views of the Himalayan range.
Optional: Visit Sindhuli Gadhi, a historical fort with cultural significance (requires a slight detour).
Late Afternoon/Evening: Arrive in Janakpur, a significant cultural and religious destination revered as the birthplace of Goddess Sita (Janaki).
If time permits, take a brief evening visit to the Janaki Temple, beautifully lit up at night, offering a peaceful ambiance and spiritual experience.

09:00 AM – Core Sightseeing
Janaki Temple – The magnificent marble shrine dedicated to Goddess Sita, showcasing Mughal‑Rajput architecture.
Ram Mandir – Just a short walk away; this temple honors Lord Rama and complements the Janaki Temple complex.
Vivah Mandap – The ceremonial pavilion where, according to legend, Lord Rama and Goddess Sita were wed. Intricately carved panels depict scenes from their divine marriage.
Dhanush Sagar & Ganga Sagar – Two sacred ponds adjacent to the temple precincts where pilgrims perform ritual baths; steeped in Ramayana lore.
12:30 PM: Lunch at a nearby restaurant—sample Maithili specialties like taruwa (crispy fried vegetables) and kadhi‑bari.
02:00 PM: Leisure time to stroll the vibrant streets around Janaki Temple, enjoy the Mithila murals, or shop for local handicrafts.
05:00 PM: Return to your hotel to rest or revisit Janaki Temple for the evening Aarti, when the shrine is beautifully illuminated.

Drive Back to Kathmandu – Overnight in Kathmandu
After Breakfast (09:00 AM): Begin your scenic drive back to Kathmandu (approx. 6–7 hours). Enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way as you leave the tranquil city of Pokhara.
Evening: Free time to explore the local markets and shop for souvenirs. Popular areas include Thamel, Asan Bazaar, and Durbar Marg – perfect for handicrafts, pashminas, tea, and local artwork.

Departure from Kathmandu – Transfer to Airport
Flight Time: You’ll have free time until your departure. Depending on your flight schedule, you may relax at the hotel or do some last-minute shopping or sightseeing nearby.
Our representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport approximately 3 hours before your flight. The airport is around 30 minutes’ drive from your hotel (traffic conditions may vary).

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation by the Client
If a client chooses to cancel their travel arrangements, the request must be submitted in writing (email ) to our office. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice will determine the applicable cancellation charges as outlined below:
Cancellation Period Before Departure - Cancellation Fee
30 days or more - 20% of total trip cost (processing fee)
15 to 29 days - 25% of total trip cost
7 to 14 days - 50% of total trip cost
Less than 7 days - 100% of total trip cost (no refund)
Note: In addition to the above charges, any non-refundable amounts paid in advance to airlines, hotels, or third-party vendors (e.g., permits, entrance fees, flight tickets) will be deducted from the total refundable amount, regardless of the time of cancellation.
2. Agency's Right to Cancel or Modify
In the rare event that the travel agency must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, health emergencies, insufficient number of participants), the following options will be offered to the client:
A full refund of all payments made (excluding non-refundable third-party charges), or ∙ The option to transfer the booking to a future date or alternative tour, subject to availability and client approval.
The agency shall not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the client (e.g., visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses).
3. Refund Procedure
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approved cancellation.
Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
Bank transaction fees, credit card processing fees, and currency conversion charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, loss or damage to baggage, natural calamities, and personal liability. The travel agency shall not be liable for any expenses arising from the lack of adequate insurance coverage.
6. Force Majeure
The agency shall not be held responsible for any cancellation or modification of services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, cancellation fees and refund terms may differ and will be communicated accordingly.
