Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu – Overnight in Kathmandu

Arrival Time – Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from GATEWAY OF DREAMZ EXECUTIVE will be there to greet you. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel in a private vehicle.
As you check-in, a welcome drink will be served to refresh you after your journey. Overnight Stay: Hotel in Kathmandu

Day 2

Kathmandu Sightseeing & Drive to Pokhara – Overnight in Pokhara

Optional (06:30 AM): For those interested, you can experience the Everest Mountain Flight – a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to witness the majestic Himalayas from the sky (advance booking required).
08:00 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, begin your Kathmandu sightseeing tour. Visit two iconic UNESCO World Heritage Sites:
Pashupatinath Temple – One of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) – A sacred Buddhist stupa offering panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley.
10:00 AM: Depart for Pokhara (approx. 6–7 hours' drive). On the way, take a detour to visit the revered:
Manakamana Temple – Known as the Temple of the Wish-Fulfilling Goddess. Access is via an exciting cable car ride with scenic views.
Continue the drive to Pokhara, a serene lakeside city and gateway to the Annapurna region.

Day 3

Sunrise at Sarangkot & Pokhara Exploration – Overnight in Pokhara

Optional (Pre‑Dawn for Early Risers):Set off before dawn to Sarangkot for a breathtaking sunrise over the Himalayas, with panoramic vistas of Annapurna, Machapuchare (Fishtail),
Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and neighboring peaks. En route back, stop at the hilltop Bindabasini Temple, a revered shrine overlooking Pokhara.

09:00 AM – Post‑Sunrise Breakfast
Return to your hotel for a nourishing breakfast.

10:30 AM – Natural Wonders & Cultural Sites
Devi’s Fall (Patale Chhango) – Witness the powerful cascade disappearing into a dramatic chasm.,Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave - Explore the cavernous temple complex dedicated to Lord Shiva, directly opposite Devi’s Fall.,Seti River Gorge Peek into the deep, marble‑lined gorge carved by the swift Seti Khola.,Gurkha Museum – Learn about the legendary history and valor of Nepal’s Gurkha soldiers.

02:00 PM – Lakeside Leisure & Adventure
Cruise or stroll along Fewa Lake, then cross to Tal Barahi Temple perched on its islet.
For thrill‑seekers: opt for paragliding, bungee jumping, or even a hot‑air balloon ride for an aerial view of the valley.
Evening: Unwind by the lakeshore as the sun dips below the mountains, or enjoy a lakeside café dinner.

Day 4

Drive Back to Kathmandu – Overnight in Kathmandu

After Breakfast (09:00 AM): Begin your scenic drive back to Kathmandu (approx. 6–7 hours). Enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way as you leave the tranquil city of Pokhara.
Evening: Free time to explore the local markets and shop for souvenirs. Popular areas include Thamel, Asan Bazaar, and Durbar Marg – perfect for handicrafts, pashminas, tea, and local artwork.

Day 5

Departure from Kathmandu – Transfer to Airport

Flight Time: You’ll have free time until your departure. Depending on your flight schedule, you may relax at the hotel or do some last-minute shopping or sightseeing nearby.
Our representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport approximately 3 hours before your flight. The airport is around 30 minutes’ drive from your hotel (traffic conditions may vary).

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation by the Client
If a client chooses to cancel their travel arrangements, the request must be submitted in writing (email ) to our office. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice will determine the applicable cancellation charges as outlined below:

Cancellation Period Before Departure - Cancellation Fee
30 days or more - 20% of total trip cost (processing fee)
15 to 29 days - 25% of total trip cost
7 to 14 days - 50% of total trip cost
Less than 7 days - 100% of total trip cost (no refund)

Note: In addition to the above charges, any non-refundable amounts paid in advance to airlines, hotels, or third-party vendors (e.g., permits, entrance fees, flight tickets) will be deducted from the total refundable amount, regardless of the time of cancellation.

2. Agency's Right to Cancel or Modify
In the rare event that the travel agency must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, health emergencies, insufficient number of participants), the following options will be offered to the client:
A full refund of all payments made (excluding non-refundable third-party charges), or ∙ The option to transfer the booking to a future date or alternative tour, subject to availability and client approval.
The agency shall not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the client (e.g., visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses).

3. Refund Procedure
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approved cancellation.
Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
Bank transaction fees, credit card processing fees, and currency conversion charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, loss or damage to baggage, natural calamities, and personal liability. The travel agency shall not be liable for any expenses arising from the lack of adequate insurance coverage.

6. Force Majeure
The agency shall not be held responsible for any cancellation or modification of services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, cancellation fees and refund terms may differ and will be communicated accordingly.
