Kayaking in Ba Be Lake, Vietnam Package

At 8:00 am, ActiveTravel Asia’s adventure guide collects you at hotel for Ba Be National Park. Our guide – professional in kayaking and trekking – will escort you for all days of the tour. The experienced guide is our best feature putting us on higher level of adventure than any other operator.
Ba Be Lake, the biggest natural lake in northern Vietnam and listed as Natural World Heritage site, is also called “Halong Bay on mountain”. We will have a stop enrout for refreshment in Thai Nguyen and pay a flash visit to Museum of ethnology to learn about different ethnic minorities in northern Vietnam. Keep driving to Ba Be Lake after a lunch in Bac Kan area. We take a short last drive of today to Po Lu village we check in our homestay. Tonight we will have dinner and overnight in local house.

Breakfast at the homestay. We will have a short motorcycle ride to starting point where we begin hiking through jungle. At some rest places, we can have great view of Ba Be Lake. After 01 hour trekking we descend to the lake shore and cross a bridge to An Mar Island. Visit to a temple on the island before starting kayaking time.

Following with paddling to Puong Cave, a huge natural tunnel through mountain, we reach to Dau Dang Waterfall where we will have a picnic lunch in an amazing natural setting. Take your kayak driving back to Ba Be Lake. If weather permits, we can swim into emerald cool water. Keep kayaking to the shore. Ride back to the house for another night at the homestay.

Breakfast at the homestay then say good bye to the warm-hearted, friendly hosts. We get on our van for the ride back to Hanoi. Stop on the way for lunch. Back to Hanoi in the late afternoon. Trip completes.
