Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival At Cochin - Alleppey

Arrive at Cochin airport, or railway station report to Indica driver, process to Alleppey, Check into the houseboat. The main tourist attraction is the backwaters. Enjoy backwater ride( 2 hrs.) around a typical Kerala village with paddy fields, temple, tea-shop, canals, wooden bridge, huts etc.
Day 2 Alleppey - Pulimel

After breakfast proceed to Pulimel.Check in the Ragam house. Explore the village ,rubber tree garden , paddy fields.
Day 3 Pulimel

After breakfast go around the temple where you see the temple elephants. Enjoy Kathakali show.
Day 4 Pulimel - Trivendrum

After breakfast proceed to Trivendrum. Visit the Raja Ravi Verma Art Gallery, Padmanabhaswami Temple. Evening free to enjoy at Kovalam beach.
Day 5 Trivendrum - Periyar

Proceed to Periyar Thekkady and check into hotel . Evening boating at Periyar Lake at your own cost. (a boat cruise through lake shows you the wild animals in natural surroundings )
Day 6 Periyar - Munnar

After breakfast proceed to Munnar, check into hotel. En route visit Tea Estates , Spice Plantations and Metupatty dam.
Day 7 Munnar

After breakfast visit Rajamala view point the highest point of Kerala and Athakkadu water falls.
Day 8 Munnar - Cochin

After breakfast proceed for Cochin.Visit Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church , Chinese fishing net. Evening free for shopping.
Day 9 Cochin - Mumbai

Departure to Mumbai by air.
