Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Delhi

Arrive in Delhi, transfer to nearby hotel.

Activities : Hill Stations & Valleys
Day 2

Delhi – Pathankot by Train

Morning, post breakfast, half-day sightseeing of Old and New Delhi. Late afternoon, transfer to the railway station for overnight train to Pathankot. Dinner and overnight in Train.

Day 3

Arrive Pathankot then drive to Chamba (119 km)

Arrive Pathankot, transfer to Chamba via Khajjar. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4

Drive Chamba – Bharmour - Hadsar (78 km drive)

Post breakfast, Leave hotel for Bharmour. En-route you drive across Rakh, Durghati and other charming villages. Visit old temples and other building of old capital of Chamba. Overnight stay at camp. (2130m)

Day 5

Trek Hadsar – Kugti (6/7 hrs)

Morning, post breakfast, commence your first-day adventurous trek to Kugti, the route is along the Budhi stream with many ups and down through green forest. Overnight stay at Camp. (2640m)

Day 6

Trek Kugti – Duggi Caves (5/6 hrs)

Leave the camp after breakfast for Duggi. Continue the trek amidst the green valley and panoramic view of surrounding valleys and spectacular landscape. Visit Kartic temple at Keling is worth a visit. Marvelous Kailash peak is also visible from here. Overnight at Camp (3354m)

Day 7

Trek Duggi Caves – Alyas (7/8 hrs)

After breakfast start trek to Alyas. Today you have strenuous day but with wonderful landscape. At Kudi there is a big grassy plateau and a stone hut. Overnight in Camp (3600m)

Day 8

Trek Alyas – Khardu (5/6 hrs)

Leave camp after breakfast for Khardu with a gradual ascent to a steep pass and then steep descent as far as we reach at the campsite. Overnight at Camp (2550m)

Day 9

Trek Khardu – Rashil (5/6 hrs)

Leave camp after breakfast for Rashil. today the route is a rough trek over stones and loose boulders. Overnight stay at Camp in Rashil opposite to Shansha village. (2950m)

Day 10

Drive Shansha - Keylong

After breakfast takes jeeps to drive Keylong. Post Lunch, visit the temple and local village. Overnight stay at hotel/guest house.

Departure

Keylong to Manali
