• Our Package Rates are calculated on the basis of US dollar Rates @ Rs. 65/ – Per dollar. If there is any increase in US dollar / Visa / Airfare / Saudi Riyal Rates then the difference will be added on Package.


• Air Tickets & Visa stamping are not transferable & Non Refundable. The dates for departure & arrival may differ according to the Airlines.


• Buses from jeddah to makkah, & to madinah is allotted by the Moallim, Govt. of saudi arabia.


• All rooms in this package are 4 to 5 bedded, in case a pilgrims opts for a higher rated room or separate room extra amount will be added to the tour package price.


• The Pilgrims should carry light luggage to avoid extra burden and air lines charges.


• The female pilgrims should accompany their mehram.


• Any Aquama holder or any guest of hajjis will not be entertained in the hotel rooms. They can meet in reception counter only.


• Booking form serial no. 15 must be settled by the tour operator. For children (between 2 yrs. to 5 yrs.) 80% of the package will be charged for Umrah. Child above 5 years will be charged full.


• For Infants (below 2 yrs.) 50% of the package rate is to be paid being administrative cost (without food, Bus / Airlines seats and specif accommodation.


• We have Buffet Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in both the holy cities Makkah & Madina.


• The food is supplied by license Caterers and the quality & Menu will be common for all pilgrims.


• The pilgrims should maintain Fooding time & cleanliness at the Restaurants.No Food & Plates will be allowed to be taken in the rooms. Hajjis should give respect and be polite to each and every one during the whole journey.


• For group booking some discount will be given.


• Persons elderly & Physically unfit or having chronic disease should accompany one helping person.


• Allotment of beds in rooms would be according to the discretion of the Tour Conducting Officer. The Tour Conducting Officer’s decision on any matter / dispute would be final.


• The Tour company will not undertake any liability towards any loss/ damage of life / property or any there belongings what so ever, untoward accident and natural clamity / Breakdown or delay of bus.


• Any dispute arrising out of the use this facility will be governed by the laws of india & Subject to the Jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata.18. The difference between Standard & Economy packages is the distance of Hotel Accomodation from Harmain Sharifain.


• Our Umrah Packages groups will be authorised when the group will be of at least 15 persons per group or otherwise it will be postponed to another date.


• The smaller groups or Economy Package may get food Packets in their rooms or they could come and join our buffet arrangements in the restaurant of another hotel.

UMRAH PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY

• (1) 20% of the tour cost per person before 30 days


• (2) 50% of the tour cost if cancelled between 15 to 30 days before departure


• (3) 80% if cancelled with 15 days of departure.


• (4) Date change Penalty 5000/- or more per person if made between 15 to 30 days before departure or else the above cancellations shall apply

• Mode of payments by Cash / Cheque / Draft / RTGS / NEFT in favour of “Dreamline Tours & Travels.” with advance payments of Rs. 30,000/- and the balance. Payments should be made before 30 days of departure for Umrah. Valid International Passport with at least 6Month validity from tha date of departure.
