Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Leh

Arrival at Leh airport, to be received by our representative and transferred to the Hotel. Check in to the hotel for a complete day of rest for acclimatization, wherein welcome tea and coffee will be served by the Hotel. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 2 Leh Local (sham Valley)

After breakfast visit to Leh Market, Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and The Sangam of Zanskar & Indus River. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 3 Leh To Nubra Valley (125 Km / 5-6 Hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (Known as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardungla pass. This road is considered to be the highest motorable road of the world. En route, admire the spectacular views of the never-ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardungla Pass (18,390 feet) After spending some time at Khardungla, proceed to Nubra. Enroute you can enjoy adventure activities like ATV ride (On direct payment basis). After Hotel check-in, isit 108 ft high Maitriya Buddha Statue at Diskit monastery and Hunder Sand Dunes where you can enjoy double humped camel ride (on direct payment basis) and have a wonderful view of Nubra Valley. Overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 4 Nubra To Pangong Via Shyok (165 Km / 06 Hrs)

We will start the day following the same route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area, might catch some rare wildlife. Spend some time around the lake visit the 03 Idiot shooting point, try local food at any of the small restaurant around the Lake shore., Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the colour changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. Stay overnight in Pangong.

Day 5 Pangong Lake To Leh (155 Km / 05 Hrs)

Early morning enjoys the picturesque view of Sun rise on the lake. After breakfast drive back to Leh, take a short halt at Changla Pass to enjoy a cup of hot steaming tea. Enroute visit
Shey Place, the ancient capital of Ladakh and Thiksay Monastery located on top of a hill; the Monastery is an excellent example of Ladakhi architecture. This contains several Stupas, Statues, Thangkas, Wall Paintings and a large pillar depicting Buddha's teachings. Later continue to drive to visit Hemis Monastery, which was built in 1630, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism and It houses some beautiful Wall Paintings, Thangka and several other historic objects. Arrive in Leh. Check in to the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 6 Leh

Early morning transfers to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.

We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him for:
a) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused.
b) Any act, omission, default of any dependent Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
c) The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
d) We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).
e) No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for.

Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Mumbai and the Company has its Registered Office in Mumbai, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in a court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.

The above given cost is calculated on the basis of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.

Kindly note that names of hotels / Camps mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above-mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement / reduction whatever applicable) to you.

We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred such as cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.

During the month of October to April most of the Camps | Guest houses | Hotels won’t be operational due to off season in various locations of Ladakh like Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake | Tsomoriri | Tsokar | Sham Valley | Kargil | Zanskar region etc. (So, in that scenario best alternate accommodation will be provided with prior information to the guests at the time of booking).

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

15% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days before the tour.

25% cancellation charges if cancelled within 20 days before the tour.

50% cancellation charges if cancelled within 10 days before the tour.

No refund for tour starting within 10 days of tour or after starting or middle of the tour.
❖
No Show 100% of tour cost.
❖
During High peak season period, Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Hotel Voucher.

The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque or credit note only.
