Leh Ladakh 5N-6D Package

On arrival at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport (Leh), you will be greeted by our representative. Transfer to the hotel and check-in with a welcome drink. Due to the high altitude (11,500 ft), it is mandatory to rest and acclimatize for the day. Afternoon: Take a short leisure walk to the local Leh Market to get familiar with the surroundings (if health permits). Evening: Visit Shanti Stupa, a white-domed stupa offering panoramic sunset views over Leh town. Overnight stay at the Leh hotel.

After breakfast, set out for a full day of sightseeing in and around Leh: Hall of Fame Museum – maintained by the Indian Army, showcasing Ladakh’s war history. Gurudwara Pathar Sahib – a sacred Sikh shrine with a rock imprinted with Guru Nanak’s body mark. Magnetic Hill – a gravity hill where vehicles appear to move uphill. Sangam Point (Confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers) – witness the merging of two rivers with contrasting colors. Return to Leh for lunch (at own expense). Post-lunch visits: Leh Palace – a 17th-century palace resembling the Potala Palace of Lhasa. Evening shopping at Leh Market for local handicrafts, pashmina products, and souvenirs. Dinner and overnight stay at the Leh hotel.

Early morning breakfast and departure for Nubra Valley. Drive across Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft), one of the world's highest motorable roads. Stop briefly for photographs. Descend into Nubra Valley, known as the “Valley of Flowers of Ladakh.” Check-in at the camp/hotel upon arrival. Afternoon visits: Diskit Monastery – home to the massive 106-ft Maitreya Buddha statue. Hunder Sand Dunes – enjoy an optional camel safari on the rare double-humped Bactrian camels (additional cost). Evening free to relax amidst the unique desert landscape. Dinner and overnight stay at the Nubra Valley camp/hotel.

Breakfast at the camp and check-out. Drive along the scenic Shyok River route towards Pangong Lake (14,500 ft). Arrival at Pangong Lake by afternoon. Check-in at the lakeside camp. Spend the evening enjoying the beauty of Pangong Tso, famous for its changing colors throughout the day. Optional lakeside walk and visit to the 3 Idiots shooting point. Dinner and overnight stay at the Pangong Lake camp.

Early morning: Witness the breathtaking sunrise at Pangong Lake. After breakfast, drive back to Leh via Chang La Pass (17,586 ft), one of the highest motorable roads in the world. En-route visits: Thiksey Monastery – known as the “Mini Potala” and home to a 40-ft Maitreya Buddha statue. Shey Palace – the former capital of Ladakh, housing a giant copper-gilt Buddha statue. Arrival in Leh by evening and hotel check-in. Free time for last-minute shopping at Leh Market. Dinner and overnight stay at the Leh hotel.
