General : The conditions set out below apply to each and every BTT tour / safari. Transport, meals,entrance fees, accommodation, or other facilities or services to be supplied in respect of any tour / safari are those specifically stated on the Web Site, Tour brochure or Safari itinerary.
Reservations: In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit of 25% is required and the balance before the tour begins. In the event of booking less than 30 days prior to the start of the tour / safari, payment in full is to be made upon booking the tour / safari. Payments are to be made by telegraphic transfer to our bank accounts or pay pal account, gross and free of all bank charges.
Cancellation: If the reservation is cancelled, cancellation fees will be due and payable as follows : More than 75 days prior to arrival full refund. 75 to 30 days prior to arrival refund of total tour / safari price. 30 to 15 days prior to arrival 50% refund of total tour / safari price. Less than 15 days prior to arrival no refund.
Travel Arrangements: All travel arrangements such as flight bookings, reservation of hotel accommodation, motor transport etc, made by BTT are subject to the booking conditions and cancellation provisions of the supplier of the services. transport, accommodation, etc.
Rates: Includes all expenses in respect to vehicle and driver as per itinerary, meals on safari ,accommodation and entrance fees to National Parks, Game Reserves and some sites. BTT reserve the right to amend the rates in the event of changes in direct costs to the same services. "Please advice us well in advance if any dietry prefrences".
Alteration of Tours: The company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time,in which case an equitable amount will be refunded. Prices are based on price list and other costs prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
Liability: The company and its agents act only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to hotel / lodge accommodation, tours, restaurants, transport etc and shall not be liable for injury,delays, loss or damage in any manner.
The company's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the action arises.The company reserves the right to employ sub contractors for all or part of the services.
Change of Booking: After the booking has been confirmed, should you wish to change to an earlier departure date or postpone your departure, you may do so subject to availability.
Note: It is of utmost importance that you check your visa requirments before the intended date of travel as ATS can not be held responsible should the necessary visa requirments not be fulfilled. The client acknowgdes that it is his /her responsibility to ensure that they are inpossession of necessary travel documents,passport,visas,vaccination certificates etc.
The client achnowledges that the company will not be held liable to a refund of the tour fare should the client be refused entry into a country for any reason.
All expeditions involve an element of personal risk and at time scanbe of harzadous nature. Expedition members must accept this risk; weare not liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, delay, or inconvenience caused to youor your buggage as a result,wheather directly or indirectly or any matter of whatever nature whichis outside our control. All participants are adviced to take out Travel Insurance Policy to cover personal accident, medical cover, even bagaage insurance.
