Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Kuala Lumpur: Arrival and Night City Tour

  After you arrive at the airport, you will be greeted by the representative. Then the representative will arrange the vehicle for you and you will be going to your pre-book hotel. After reaching the hotel, you need to check in there. After taking some rest, get ready to witness the Kuala Lumpur city.
  In the evening, you will be taken on a tour to witness the nightlife of Kuala Lumpur. Enjoy the evening and return back to hotel. Take rest and stay.

• Day 2 : Go to Genting Highland

  Wake up early and have your breakfast. After that, you will be taken on a tour to Genting Highlands. There enjoy the awesome scenery and enjoy the place.
  Then from there, you will be going to Batu Caves. At Batu Caves, enjoy the Cable Car ride. After all this, at the end of the day, you will be returning back to your hotel. Have your dinner and take rest.

• Day 3 : Langkawi: Arrival and Leisure Day

  Today, you need to pack your bags fast after having your breakfast. Then you need to check out from the hotel. After that, you will be taken to the airport and then take a flight to Langkawi.
  After reaching there, you will be taken to your pre-book hotel. There you need to check in and then take rest for entire day. This day will be a leisure day for you.

• Day 4 : Langkawi: Watersports

  Wake up early after a rest day. Have your breakfast and get ready for trip. Today, you will be taken for Scuba diving. After enjoying the scuba, you will then go for a Banana boat ride.
  From there you will be enjoying some more water sports out there. After spending an entire day with water sports, you will be returning back to hotel. Have your dinner and stay

• Day 5 : Langkawi: Mangrove Trip

  Wake up early and have your breakfast. Then you will be taken on a trip to the Mangrove forest. Enjoy your day at Mangrove forest and then in the evening, you will be going to cruise.
  You will be having your dinner at the cruise and witness some beautiful view from the cruise. Then you will be returning back to hotel and take rest.

• Day 6 : Langkawi: Leisure Day

  After having an awesome day at Mangrove trip, today will be a leisure day for you. Have your breakfast and then you can go for local sightseeing. Apart from that, you can also go for beaches and enjoy the entire day at these beautiful beaches.
  Return back to hotel and have your dinner.

• Day 7 : Departure

  Wake up early and have your breakfast. Then pack your bags fast. After doing all this, you need to check out from hotel. Then you will be taken to airport. From there catch your flight back to home.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators


Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .


Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.


Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:


Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours 
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. 
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours 
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment


Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
