We also visit the adjacent museum, the former Bishop’s Palace, housing a small collection of mosaics, sculpture and vestments. Earlier churches on the site are visible from the Bishop’s Palace Museums. The climb to the top of the belltower is not for the fainthearted but offers superb views across the old town.
