Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Kilimanjaro International Airport

  Airport pick-up and private transfer to hotel in Moshi
  Pre-trek briefing and gear check
  Overnight at hotel in Moshi

• Day 2 : Machame Gate – Machame Camp (3,010 m)

  Drive to Machame Gate (1,800 m)
  Trek through rainforest (~10 km / 5-6 hrs)
  Overnight in tents at Machame Camp

• Day 3 : Machame Camp – Shira Camp (3,845 m)

  Ascend through heathland
  Beautiful views of Mt. Meru

  Acclimatization hike to Lava Tower (4,630 m)
