Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by a Tanzania Footprints Adventures representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. After check-in, enjoy a briefing with your guide about the adventure ahead. The rest of the evening is at leisure.

After an early breakfast, drive to Machame Gate where the Kilimanjaro adventure begins. Meet your mountain crew and start trekking through lush rainforest trails filled with exotic birds and monkeys. Arrive at Machame Camp in the evening.

Today’s hike takes you out of the rainforest and into the moorland zone. Ascend steadily as panoramic views open up, and enjoy your first glimpse of Kibo Peak. Arrive at Shira Camp on a plateau where you can see Mount Meru in the distance.

A challenging day awaits as you climb to the Lava Tower (4,600m), where you acclimatize before descending to the scenic Barranco Valley. This hike follows the “climb high, sleep low” principle, preparing you for summit success.

Conquer the famous Barranco Wall this morning, a thrilling scramble that rewards you with spectacular views. Continue across ridges and valleys before reaching Karanga Camp, your base for rest and acclimatization.

Today you trek through an alpine desert, steadily ascending toward Barafu Camp. Here you rest, prepare, and fuel up for the ultimate night trek to the summit of Kilimanjaro. Early dinner and overnight.

The big day! Begin your trek at midnight, climbing steeply through scree and icy slopes toward Stella Point. With determination and steady pace, reach Uhuru Peak (5,895m)—the Roof of Africa! Celebrate your achievement, then descend gradually to Mweka Camp for well-deserved rest.

After breakfast, descend through lush rainforest trails to Mweka Gate. Receive your summit certificates and bid farewell to your mountain crew. Drive back to Arusha where you can relax and recover in comfort.

Your safari begins! Drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. Enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch, spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, and more. Overnight in a lodge or tented camp inside the park.

After breakfast, journey into the legendary Serengeti National Park. This vast ecosystem is home to the Great Migration, big cats, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy an afternoon game drive across the endless plains before overnighting in the heart of the Serengeti.

Drive to the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera.
