Karen Blixen
Karen Blixen museum is located on the outskirts of Nairobi and is the farm house where Karen Blixen lived from 1914 to 1931. Karen Blixen is popularly known for her book "out of Africa" which was published in the late 1930's. This beautiful rambling colonial house was presented to the Kenyan.
Government by the Danish Government at independence. The Danish Government renovated the house and its was used in the filming of "out of Africa" one of the most renowned films about colonial Africa.
