Cancellation Policy
(Advance and Deposit : Deposit payable on any tour, INR 50,000.Amount is per person and payable at
time of booking request.

and acknowledge that these charges are a genuine pre-estimate of the damages that we will suffer on
account of cancellation.
(You understand that these damages are called liquidated damages in legal language, which are payable
without proof of actual damages. You agree not to dispute such deductions or to demand proof of actual
damages.
( 60 days or more prior to the departure of the Tour - 50% of the tour cost.
( 59-45 days prior to the departure of the Tour - 40% of the tour cost.
( 45 days or less prior to departure of the Tour 100% of the tour cost.
( OR A No-show on the tour the Tour Cost.
(However, in the following cases you shall be deemed to have cancelled the tour

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Auckland, North Island. Auckland city-tour and Auckland War Memorial Museum.

  Kia Ora: Welcome to Auckland, gateway to New Zealand and the first halt on our tour of New Zealand. After baggage collection, proceed outside where your friendly tour manager will escort you to your coach. Later we move onto a tour of Auckland, New Zealand's biggest city. Travel through the city centre, along Karangahape Road and fashionable suburb of Ponsonby. We continue over the Auckland Harbour Bridge over the Waitemata Harbour and St Marys Bay. You will drive through famous Queen Street before arriving at Auckland Domain - the city's oldest park on a 62,000 year-old volcano. Enjoy the sights of tropical gardens and duck ponds enroute to the impressive Auckland War Memorial Museum building. After a day full of nature experiences, we stop for an Indian dinner before returning to the hotel. Overnight in Auckland.

• Day 2 : Rotorua with Waitomo Glowworm caves

  Today after breakfast, check out and sit back in your comfortable coach as we proceed to Waitomo. Get ready for an unforgettable visual treat at the Waitomo Caves. Be amazed at the magical sight of stalactites, stalagmites and thousands of tiny glow worms that light up the grotto. A truly magical sight indeed! Later enjoy lunch and continue onwards to Rotorua, a town set on its namesake lake and a cultural centre for the indigenous Maori people. After arrival we have an Indian dinner and check in at the hotel. Overnight in Rotorua.

• Day 3 : Rotorua City Tour with visit to Rainbow Spring. Interact with nature at the Agrodome and the Te Puia

  After breakfast, we depart on a day tour to discover the beauty of Rotorua with its sparkling lakes, magnificent forests, geysers, boiling mud pools and hot springs. Set amongst the native trees and beautiful forests of Rotorua we visit Rainbow Springs Nature Park. This is a kiwi conservation centre where you can come close to the lovable creatures and where New Zealand takes its name from. You get to experience real farm experiences at Agrodome, your next halt in the heart of 350 acres of lush farmlands. The nursery, with baby animals is available for cuddles and photos and you must visit the Shearing Museum. Today enjoy lunch. Later we will have a chance to experience geothermal activity at Te Puia Thermal Reserve, popular for healing waters spas. At the Whakarewarewa Thermal Valley you will see mud pools bubbling and boiling and geysers shooting steam. Tonight dinner will be in an Indian restaurant. Overnight in Rotorua.

• Day 4 : Flight to Queenstown, South Island

  After breakfast today, we check out and take a flight to Queenstown - the Adventure capital of New Zealand.Queenstown is an exciting city on the shore of the South Island's crystal clear Lake Wakatipu. Set against the dramatic Southern Alps, it is known for its rugged beauty with dramatic alpine range mountains. Rest of the day is free for you to explore the city on your own. We meet again and proceed for an Indian dinner after which we return to the hotel. Overnight in Queenstown

• Day 5 : Milford Sound Cruise - One of the highlight of the tour

  After breakfast we drive deep within Fiordland National Park to Milford Sound. The road passes through stunning mountain ranges, glacier-carved valleys, clear blue lakes, rainforest and the Homer Tunnel. The cruise vessels have observation lounges and large decks, ensuring some great scenic sights. Look out for wildlife including seals basking on the rocks and dolphins frolicking in the ocean. Enjoy lunch on the cruise. After the cruise sit back and relax as we drive back to the Hotel with a stop for dinner on the way. Overnight in Queenstown.

• Day 6 : Day free - Optional Adventurous Activities

  After a leisurely breakfast, head out for some shopping or have an early morning start and take in some optional adventure activities. You may like to take an iconic Queenstown bungee jump or go white-water rafting, Skydiving, river surfing, canyon swinging and thrills on a jet boat. For a more relaxed time you could opt for a boat cruise, scenic flight or just unwind in spa and one of the many wellness centres. We meet again for dinner on our last night in Queenstown. Overnight in Queenstown

• Day 7 : Christchurch enroute Mount Cook

  After breakfast checkout and proceed to Christchurch.En-route, travel past the foothills of Aoraki / Mount Cook,Zealand's highest peak. The vista is amazing sky-scraping peaks, glaciers and permanent snow fields. You will see milky lakes. The suspended glacier-ground rock sediment makes the water opaque and the sight is surreal. Enjoy lunch. We travel north over the Lindis Pass into Mackenzie Country to Christchurch. On arrival, enjoy an orientation tour before we check in. Tonight we leave for our final dinner in New Zealand. Overnight in Christchurch

• Day 8 : End of a memorable tour. Fly Back
