Day 1 Gangtok ➝ Lachen (approx. 120 Km / 6–7 Hrs)

Altitude: 8,900 ft Meals: Breakfast at hotel, Dinner at Lachen Plan: 10:00 AM – Start from Gangtok after permit clearance Scenic stops: Seven Sisters Waterfall Naga Waterfall Singhik Viewpoint (Kanchenjunga views) Arrival: Reach Lachen by evening Check-in at hotel / homestay Early dinner & rest (for next day high-altitude travel) Overnight: Lachen

Day 2 Lachen ➝ Gurudongmar Lake ➝ Lachung

Altitude: Gurudongmar Lake – 17,800 ft Lachung – 8,600 ft Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Plan: Start 4:00–4:30 AM Drive to Thangu village (breakfast stop, 13,000 ft) Continue to Gurudongmar Lake Gurudongmar Highlights: One of the world's highest lakes Stay max 30–45 mins due to oxygen level Not allowed for children below 5 years or heart patients Return journey: Come back to Lachen, drive onwards to Lachung (2–3 hrs) Overnight: Lachung

Day 3 Lachung ➝ Yumthang Valley ➝ Zero Point (optional) ➝ Gangtok

Altitude: Yumthang – 11,800 ft Zero Point – 15,300 ft Meals: Breakfast & Dinner Plan: 6:00–7:00 AM – Depart for Yumthang Valley (Valley of Flowers) Visit Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary (Apr–May) Enjoy hot springs near Yumthang Optional Add-on: Zero Point (Yumesamdong) Requires additional permit (driver arranges locally) Snow most of the year Not included for infants, elderly with breathing issues Return: Back to Lachung for lunch (if timing fits) Drive back to Gangtok (≈ 6 hrs) Overnight: Gangtok
