Early breakfast drive heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descend into the largest intact volcanic Crater in the world, the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a Crater tour nick named "Heaven Garden" due to its uniqueness of Anthropological and Ecological point of view. Followed by picnic lunch at the location within the Crater. At more than 2,000 feet deep and 12 miles in diameter, the Ngorongoro Crater has one of the largest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. 30,000 animals make their home in this crater, making it an ideal place for sightings of the ‘big 5' lion, elephant, rare black rhino, buffalo and leopard. Later drive back to Arusha for you’re onwards arrangement. End of our service
Activity; Game drive/Crater tour
08:30 Pick up from the hotel after a short safaris brief and drive to Tarangire national park for game drive in the park, with picnic lunch. Tarangire named after the Tarangire River which rises in Tanzania’s central highland which supporting the ecosystem of Tarangire both Fauna and Flora, the river lures thousands of plains game to its banks with variety of Carnivores, Herbivores and Predators, also the park famous for tree climbing Python. Later evening drive to Karatu town for dinner and overnight.

General principles regarding managing the tours and treating customers?
Proudly, as a best emerging Safari operator with more than four years’ experience as we normally gets more repeat clients and to us this is the testimony that we do go beyond to customer satisfaction this culture created a good repute to our company even though it has been said that we are living in the age of no customer satisfaction due to sophisticated technology to us customer satisfaction is our culture aiming at ensuring tomorrow market in this fragile and very competitive industry of tourism. After receiving inquiry from clients, we look customer request/inquiry and advice according to seasons and accommodations basing to clients budgets and places of interest, there after being in contact with clients/customer. For Safaris confirmation the following points are to be considered,
1/ Mode of Payment- We prepare the invoice in which a client/customer supposed to deposit 40% of total safaris costs, this percent will enable us to secure bookings like in hotels, flight if any as normally the hotels in which we are working with upon bookings 20% deposits is required and 25% for a group booking in order for them to secure rooms subject to availability.
2/Full Payment- Full payment/amount due of 60% should be done two months before commencement of safaris, so that we can finalize bookings payment and other safari logistics.
3/Money Transfer- Currently the main way we are using for clients to send their safari cost/money is through our bank account and bank details like Acc number, TIN# and SWIFT CODE are well indicated in our invoices but the intermediary bank they do charge some amount for transferring money as banks surcharge and this will be full filled by a client/customer and proof to be shown to a customer.
For the future we are thinking on using Pay pall payment in which clients can be given our links and affect their payment using credit cards like Master card, Visa, American Express card and we normally advise clients not to travel with more cash as here in Tanzania we have many international and local banks and other financial institution, they can get cash while they are here, meanwhile most of hotels accepting payment to be done using credit cards except for fewer lodges& tented camps which are in remote areas.
4/Cancellation/safaris cancellation- If happens a clients cancelled a safaris for one reasons or another we refund a client/customer but point to be noted here is that we are not working as a single entity but we are working with hotels and airlines, so we considered also their cancellation procedures on response to a time a client cancelled safaris, Also to most of hotels/lodges the 20% deposit we pay during bookings are non-refundable and if sometime happens we paid hotels full amount and customer cancelled safaris for any stated reasons we contact hotels if they can issue credit note in which client/customer can use in the future bookings but this is not a mandatory to many hotels.
5/Amendments-Before safaris confirmation a customer/client can amend his/her program the way they need to suit their expectation (subject to availability), but amendment after safari confirmation they will be subjected to availability both in hotels and flight if any, Also to many hotels we are working with, they have their amendment policies so this will be considered also and customer will be advised respectively.
Logistics- Managing tours need also good logistics, we normally use Land cruiser 4WD with the pop up roof to allow good viewing of wild animals in the wild and our vehicle ranging from 1-4 setters, 5-7 setters as a maximum occupancy, if happens more group vehicle added depending to their number and they are well equipped to make sure a comfortable safaris, Also min and large buses are available for group transfers or town tours.
Driver Guide- I Justin owner of the Company I am a professional guides, so I well know how important it is as a tour guide is someone who is going to give interpretation of various issues like culture, history and Fauna and Flora or last seller of the tourist products, we have very competent guides who well know the destination ranging from people culture, history and interpretation of Fauna and Flora more over they are socially oriented they can grasp something from unstated clients/customer and realize their needs.
