Day 2 Naivasha To Nairobi

Payment Terms & Methods :

A booking is confirmed after the client accepts the written quotation, pays the required deposit and receives written confirmation from Outlander Ke TTA. Recommended deposit 30–50 percent subject to supplier and package requirements. Balance is normally due at least 14 days before departure unless the quotation states otherwise.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Suggested policy 30+ days — refund less non-refundable supplier charges; 15–29 days — up to 50 percent charge; 7–14 days — up to 75 percent charge; under 7 days — up to 100 percent charge. The actual cancellation terms on the clients quotation take precedence because suppliers may impose different conditions.
