Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival Jaipur

On arrival You will be transfer to Jaipur the PINK CITY of Indian and Popularly known as Pink city in Tourism world, pink colour is associated with hospitality in Rajasthan. So it is only appropriate that Jaipur, the Capital of the state be washed in this shade-spreading out the Pink Carpet for visitors. Planned by a young Bengali architect, Vidyadhar Bhattacharya, Jaipur was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in 1727 A.D. Laid in a grid system, with straight avenues, roads, streets, lanes criss cross the city with rows of shops on either side of main bazaars arranged in nine rectangular city sectors (Chowkris). The planning of the city followed the principles of Shilpaslastra, an epochal treatise on Hindu architecture. Check in at hotel and evening free for independent activity and drive to Choki Dhani where you will enjoy traditional Rajasthani Dinner and return back to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2

Jaipur

Hawa Mahal City Palace Museum Amber Fort City Palace

After a Lovely Breakfast at hotel proceed for sightseeing tour of Pink City including a visit to the Amber fort, which you climb on an elephant's back or by a jeep. Later visit City Palace Museum , Hawa Mahal & Jantar Mantar. After that you are free to explore the local Bazars and evening return back to hotel.

Day 3

Jaipur >Bikaner (350 Km./ Approx 06 Hrs)

Junagarh Fort Camel Breeding Farms

After Lovely breakfast check out and depart by surface to Bikaner. Evening Visit to Junagarh fort, Camel Breeding Farms and Lallgarh Palace Complex. Overnight at hotel

Day 4

Bikaner > Jaisalmer (330 Km./Approx 05 hrs.)

After breakfast at your hotel check out and drive to Jaisalmer After check in formalities relax in the room and later proceed to enjoy the sun set with beautiful view of golden city from Vyas Chatry return back to hotel for over night stay.

Day 5

Jaisalmer >Sam

Jaisalmer Fort

After breakfast Visit one of the most exotic forts of Rajasthan, in the first half of the day, exploring it from every nook and corner. Also see Manak Chowk and Havelis like Patwon ki Haveli and Jaisalmer Fort. After lunch drive towards the rolling sand dunes enjoying a camel ride and sunset. Overnight stay at Tented accommodation at Sam.

Day 6

Jaisalmer > Jodhpur (300/ KM.)

Mehrangarh Fort Jaswant Thada

After Lovely breakfast check out and continue drive to Jodhpur. On Arrival check in at Hotel and in evening proceed for city tour of jodhpur to Climb up the majestic Mehrangarh fort and explore the various sections within. Also visit the marble cenotaph at Jaswant Thada and enjoy local market and over night at hotel.

Day 7

Jodhpur > Udaipur via Ranakpur (280/ Km/05 Hrs)

Lake Pichola

After breakfast at your hotel check out and continue drive to Udaipur enroute visit Ranakpur Jain Temple and drive to Udaipur. The city is built in 1559 A.D. by Maharaja Udai Singh and has been described as the most romantic city of Mewar Region on the banks of Lake Pichola and surrounded by the Hills of Aravali Mountains Range. The Aravalli Mountains is the oldest in the world after Himalayas. After reached Udaipur check in to hotel, explore a local market of Udaipur. Evening is free for leisure activities.

Day 8

Udaipur Sightseeing and drop

City Palace Sahelion Ki Bari

After breakfast at your hotel check out and proceed for sightseeing of Udaipur During your tour to city you will visit the ( City Palace the largest Palace complex of Rajasthan , Vintage car Museum , Sahelion Ki Bari the fountain Garden & world famous Puppet Museum ( Lok Kala Mandal ) and Pratap Smarak .After a heritage tour, later continue drive to Airport/Station to leave for onwards destination .Tours ends with fond memories.

Flight reservation policies:
Your reservation will confirm after the full payment.
Your seat can be given to anyone without prior notice if you book it without making the payment,
A non-reservation seat always comes under unreserved status.
So a user should keep track of his tentative booking before making the full payment
Flight cancellation:
If a cancellation request is under 30 to 40 days, cancellation fees will be 25%
If a cancellation request is under 15 to 30 days, cancellation fees will be 50%
If a cancellation request is under 15 days, Then no refund will be given by the company.
Amendments if made by users:
The company has full authority and is liable to recover cancellation fees as mentioned earlier, If a user cancels or amends his trips on personal issues, non-payment issues, accidents & injuries, and changes in plans.
A written application is mandatory before amending or changing the original travel plans or booking, All the cancellation fees will be subject to the travel packages and booking provided by Bhartiya Airways. It doesn't cover services provided on our websites by third parties vendors.
Bhartiya Airways doesn't have its airlines, so the change made by the airlines is solely on then, which includes changing in flight timing or cancellation due to bad weather. In that case, cancellation fees will be as per the airline's terms and conditions.
If a user avails of any third-party services on the Bhartiya Airways site but for some reason cancels the services. Then Bhartiya Airways is liable to recover cancellation fees as per the terms and conditions of the respective third party.
Travel Conditions:-
A traveller needs to follow the holiday package provided by the company throughout the journey.
Bhartiya Airways will not be responsible for any misfortunate events that happen by any amendments or changes made by the client on their own during the journey.
There won't be any refund if the traveler doesn't avail or fail to avail of the services provided within the holiday package for whatsoever reasons.
Bhartiya Airways will not be responsible if a client loses their luggage or documents during the travel. Bhartiya Airways can amend changes before or on the travel plans, and the client has to follow the same.
Bhartiya Airways is liable to cancel the tour of such travelers whose behavior affects others or our officials.
We have legal rights in such cases to take action against that traveller.
Bhartiya Airways has full right to update or revise the prices of the travel packages and services provided to the clients.
Any case against the company does not bring within seven days from the last day of the tour. Then it is discharged from any form of legal liabilities from the concerned client as per the contract.
In case of any new service launched by Bhartiya Airways,
We can update or relinquish it anytime, but if a user has availed of any such service while the offer is valid, he will be eligible to get the benefit.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel’s hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

25% of the non-refundable package amount needs to pay in advance while making a booking.
Rest amount to be paid within 15 days of departure.
If the departing date is within 10 days, then full payment needs to pay at the time of booking.
No refund policy after 48 hrs.
Discounts and vouchers will be available to the users on every holiday package.

Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, Bus, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season, full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

25 to 30 days before the departure date, no cancellation fees.
In case of cancellation 25 days prior to travel 10% cancellation to full package will be levied.
In case of cancellation 20 days prior to travel 20% cancellation to full package will be levied.
50% cancellation fees will refund if the cancellation is within 4 days.
30% cancellation fees will refund if the cancellation is within 3 days.
No refund for the cancellation below 2 days.
