A 5 day 4 night safari in Northern Tanzania visiting Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara with a cultural visit to a Maasai village. The itinerary includes daily game drives, wildlife viewing of elephants, large ungulate migrations, predators, crater game drives and opportunities to experience Maasai culture. Accommodation is provided at Olea properties and Pamoja Olea Farm Lodge. Meals, park fees for non residents, drinking water and soda, transportation, a professional driver guide and applicable taxes are included as specified.
Drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, a park famed for its elephant populations, birding and quiet safari atmosphere. The day includes game drives in Tarangire with lunch at a picnic area, followed by an evening drive to Manyara for dinner and overnight. Accommodation and dinner are provided at Pamoja Olea Farm Lodge. The park visit highlights elephant sightings, birdlife and the park landscape situated slightly off the main safari route.
After breakfast depart from Karatu and drive to Serengeti National Park to begin wildlife safari activities. The day includes a scenic lunch spot within the park, afternoon game drive exploring the Serengeti wildlife and transfer to the camp for dinner and overnight. Highlights include the Serengeti plains and potential sightings of migrating ungulates and resident predators.
Full day of game drives across the Serengeti plains and the wildlife rich Seronera area. Expect encounters with lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, elands, wild dogs and possibly gazelles and crocodiles. The day is dedicated to extensive wildlife viewing across diverse Serengeti landscapes with dinner and overnight at Olea Serengeti Camp.
After breakfast depart Serengeti and drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater. After descending into the crater guests have the opportunity to view high density wildlife including the Big Five. After completing the crater game drive transfer to the lodge for overnight and dinner. The Ngorongoro Crater is a large volcanic caldera with exceptionally high animal densities.
After breakfast depart from the hotel and drive back to Arusha. En route visit a Maasai village to experience traditional dance and local dress of the Maasai people. The day concludes on arrival in Arusha and marks the end of service.
