The renter and additional drivers must be minimum 23 years and in possession of a valid national or international driving licence. Other nationals who hold a valid driving licence in English can drive in Malaysia for a maximum of 3 months. Probationer driver licence holders will not be accepted. An international driving licence is requester for licences in non-roman alphabet.
Rule of the road: drive on the left and seat belt is complusory for front and back passengers. A 24-hour breakdown coverage service is provided. Procedures advised at vehicle pick-up.

Day 1 : Arrival At Kuala Lumpur
On arrival at Kuala Lumpur Airport after completing immigration and baggage claim proceed to the car rental company counter & fulfill the formalities to collect your car keys. Begin your self-drive experience and drive to the hotel. Kuala Lumpur city is the capital of Malaysia .The words Kuala Lumpur literally mean 'Muddy Confluence'. The metropolis got this nickname because it was founded near the place where the rivers Klang and Gombak intersect (which you can still see just behind Merdeka Square). On arrival hotel check and rest for the day. In evening you can go shopping in one of the many modern shopping malls within the city center. Kuala Lumpur is the perfect destination for a short visit or stopover. Enjoy Kuala Lumpur shopping areas and Malls. Later move to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 : Day Free to Explore Kuala Lumpur City By Own Way
After breakfast in the morning, you can explore panoramic city tour of Kuala Lumpur to get a closer look at Kuala Lumpur's most famous landmarks, like the King's Palace, National Monument, National Mosque, Jamed Mosque, Merdeka Square and National Museum. Admire Malaysia's most renowned structure, the world famous Petronas Twin Towers and enjoy a photo stop. See the magnificent Menara K L Tower - the tallest tower in Southeast Asia. Evening you can shop around at loyat plaza, Lot 10 or Bukit bitang area of Kuala Lumpur city. Later move to your hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 : Kuala Lumpur - Penang By Self Drive (04 Hrs Approx. - 355 Km)
Enjoy your breakfast in the morning, check out from the hotel and drive down to Penang. Penang is also known as the 'Pearl of the Orient', Penang is known for its rich heritage and architecture, its vibrant multicultural society, a wide range of modern entertainment and retail choices, natural features such as beaches and hills, and the world-famous Penang cuisine.
On arrival hotel check and rest for the day. In evening you can enjoy the most popular beaches in Penang are located at the northwestern edge of George Town - at Batu Ferringhi, Tanjung Bungah and Teluk Bahang. Later move to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 : Explore Penang City By Self Drive (museum Entrance Included)
After breakfast in the morning, Take a drive through colonial Georgetown to Fort Cornwallis, the most prominent historical remains of Penang. Learn about the strait settlement history and rich heritage of Penang at the State Museum. Visit the colorful Little India and the bustling Chinatown before stopping at Royal Selangor to witness the unique art of Pewter craftsmanship. Then, head to Wat Chayamankalaram, which houses one of the world's largest reclining Buddha. Finally, visit the Penang State Museum, a colonial era-building housing both a museum and an art gallery, showcasing exhibits about the history and heritage of Malaysia, China and India. Later move to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 : Penang - Cameron Highlands By Self Drive (03 Hrs 30 Min Approx - 245 Km)
After breakfast in the morning, check out from the hotel and drive down to Cameron Highlands. Cameron Highlands is also known as a sort of vortex on the mountains, while for a (reasonably) wide area we have gentle slopes and plateau land. It is one of the few places in Malaysia that has a tropical highland climate. On arrival hotel check and rest for the day. In evening enjoy tea plantations, being Malaysias largest tea-producing region and major supplier of legumes and vegetables to both Malaysia and Singapore with its many farms. Later move to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 : Explore Country Side Cameron Highlands (entrance Included)
After breakfast in the morning, drive down to Rose Valley. Walk among of Roses, Highland flowers and cactus plants. Next stop is Strawberry Farm where youll try fresh strawberries with honey, strawberry ice-cream, milk-shake, homemade jams and dried strawberries. On the way to tea plantation stop at the Butterfly Farm, where you can meet most exotic insects, butterflies and snakes. Take a break ad try out various tea flavors at BOH tea house with fascinating scenery of tea plantation before youll proceed to Honey Bee Farm, where youll taste pure honey and understand the production process. Afterwards meet Camerons famous vegetables at local market. Final stage of the tours visit to oldest and biggest Buddhist temple in Cameron Highlands. Later move to your hotel. Day 7 : Cameron Highlands - Legoland Biggest Theme Park in Asia
After breakfast in the morning, check out from the hotel and drive down to Legoland. Legoland (trademark in uppercase as Legoland) is a chain of family theme parks. Day is free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8 : Legoland Theme Park (optional)
After breakfast in the morning, drive down to Legoland Theme Park. The attractions include a number of roller coasters, the roller coasters are not as numerous or as extreme as those in other parks and there is a greater emphasis on rides suitable for younger children. Legoland parks are split into various areas, which are consistent among the chain's parks. For example, all six of the parks include a Lego miniland, a model village which includes models of landmarks and scenes from around the world, made from millions of genuine Lego bricks. Later move to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 9 : Legoland to Genting Highlands (05 Hrs Approx - 380 Km)
After breakfast in the morning, check out from the hotel and drive down to Genting Highlands. Genting Highlands, otherwise known as Resorts World Genting, is a hill resort located in Bentong, Pahang developed by Genting Group. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 10 : Day Free for Leisure.
After breakfast at the hotel, day is free for leisure to enjoy on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 11 : Departure from Genting Highland - Kuala Lumpur Airport By Self Drive (02 Hrs Approx - 120 Km)
After breakfast in the morning, check out from hotel before 1200 hrs and drop your car at Kuala Lumpur Airport.

In case of no show - 100% of package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.

Cancellation Due To Visa Rejection
All the clients travelling on a tour must be in possession of a valid visa. However kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant / reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for Visa. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of visa will further be delayed / rejected, and the client will not hold www.gostargo.in for the same. Client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from www.gostargo.in
Loss/Damage
Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling in the coach. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences.

Refunds Policy -
Refunds if any, for variation / modification / amendments / alteration and / or cancellations etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by 'A/C payee' cheque, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
Refund payments will be processed within 15 days of cancellation date and amount is payable as per cancellation policy.
No refund will be payable
For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to whatsoever reason.
Where full deposit is required to be paid in advance to the concerned authorities to enable the Company to confirm the reservation
If services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, cancelled or not utilized.
If any guest decides and / or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in the rules by the concerned Government.
Where airfares are contracted in bulk for I-Fly departures.
If the tour is indefinitely postponed due to a natural calamity, riots, political calamities or any other unforeseen calamities.
Refund is not applicable for sectors on Indian/World tours wherein air tickets are non refundable and date change is not allowed.
For all Card payments - Payment received by Cards and if there is any refund, such refund will be done through the respective cards Financial Institutions and credited to the same card. The charges for transaction to be borne by the guests.

Your e-tickets will be sent 3 days before departure in case of fixed departure.
Above rates are Net and Non Commissionable.
The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
Meal plan: EP - Accommodation only, CP - Accommodation with breakfast, MAP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
In case of any Visa denial or any delay in Visa process we shall not be resonsible for any loss due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per consulate / embassy descretion. We cannot guarantee if visa shall be granted and duration to process the same.
In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.( AC will not work on hills )
Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest (if any applicable as per cancellation policy) will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
From 1 June 2016 onwards if any invoice amount is above 2 lacs and mode of payment full or partial is in cash (cash paid at counter or deposited in bank) 1% TCS will be applicabke and to be deposited extra on total amount and PAN card copy has to be shared.

The Company reserves the right to:
Take the booking for the group tour and individual tour.
Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case the company shall refund the money to the guest.
Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehaviour especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager.
Withdraw discounts at any point of time.
Change the routing of Air Travel.
Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances.
