Day 1 Delhi → Manali Transfer

Morning pick-up from Delhi by private sedan. Drive to Manali (~12–13 hrs) via Chandigarh – Bilaspur – Mandi. Short refreshment & washroom stops en route. Scenic drive along the Beas River. Arrival in Manali by late evening. Check-in at the hotel and freshen up. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 2 Manali Local Sightseeing

Vashisht Temple

Breakfast at the hotel. Full-day sightseeing in Manali: Hadimba Devi Temple – ancient wooden temple in a cedar forest. Vashisht Temple & Hot Water Springs – sacred springs. Club House & Van Vihar – riverside park and indoor activities. Tibetan Monastery – handicrafts and prayer wheels. Afternoon free for leisure or shopping at Mall Road. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 3 Solang Valley | Optional Atal Tunnel & Sissu

Solang Valley

Early breakfast at the hotel. Visit Solang Valley – scenic views and optional adventure activities (at own cost): Paragliding Snow scooter and snow activities Optional visit to Atal Tunnel and Sissu Village – extra cost, subject to road and weather conditions. Return to Manali by evening. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 4 Manali → Kasol & Manikaran → Shimla Transfer

Manikaran Sahib

Early breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Drive towards Shimla (~8–9 hrs total), with stops at Kasol and Manikaran en route. En-route sightseeing and stops: Kasol Market – a quick stroll through the streets and cafés. Parvati River – a peaceful riverside walk. Manikaran Sahib – Gurudwara and hot springs (a sacred pilgrimage site). Continue the drive towards Shimla via Kullu – Sundernagar – Pandoh Dam. Arrival in Shimla by evening. Check-in at the hotel and relax. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 5 Shimla Local Sightseeing & Kufri

Amendments / Rescheduling
Any request to reschedule the trip will be subject to availability and additional charges (if applicable).
The North Himalayas reserves the right to accept or decline rescheduling requests.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural calamities, landslides, road blockages, accidents, weather conditions, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.
In such cases, no refund will be applicable; however, every effort will be made to provide an alternative arrangement.
Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for carrying valid photo identification, permits (if applicable), and travel documents.
The company is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by incorrect or missing documents.
Accommodation & Transport
Hotels/Camps will be provided as per the availability and category selected at the time of booking.
The vehicle type will be determined based on the group size (SUV, Tempo Traveller, or Bus).
The company is not liable for any breakdowns or delays during the journey but will provide reasonable assistance.
Liability & Safety
Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the driver or guide.
The company shall not be responsible for loss of baggage, valuables, injury, illness, or accidents during the trip.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all guests.

Payment Terms & Methods :

Booking Policy

A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The 20% balance amount must be cleared 10 days before the departure date.

The remaining 50% is payable upon arrival during hotel check-in.

Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

100% refund if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date.

50% refund if the cancellation is made between 15–20 days prior to departure.

No refund if the cancellation is made within 10 days of departure or in case of a no-show.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.
