Agency is not liable for any kind of refund if pax no show, or passenger’s personal problems.
In case of cancellation of any booking by the client, Agency will deduct the 30% Service Charge along with necessary cancelling charges and then process the refund for Refundable bookings.
If any country / state changes its arrival policies during the travel period of the client, which directly or indirectly
Any changes in the Travel Itinerary without informing the Agency will result in termination of the Travel contract.
Agency will not be responsible for any Insurance claim during the travel period.

* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
