Sangla to Chitkul and Kalpa- Head for Chitkul which is the last village on Indo-Tibetan Border. It has traditional Kinnauri-style wooden houses with slate roofs and small tea shops and located at a height of 9000 feet above mean sea level. The place has its own charisma. From Chitkul we head to Kalpa to enjoy the magnificent views of the holy Kinner Kailash in it's full glory.

Kalpa to Tabo via Nako- Drive to Nako in the morning. This place is popular for its lake that forms part of the border of the Nako village. Enjoy the serene ambiance and picturesque lake. See the confluence of Spiti and Sutlej river at Khab. Later, proceed to Nako Monastery. Talk to village people and enjoy the hospitality extended by them. From here Tabo is just 3 hours distance. Reach Tabo at the guesthouse for an overnight stay.

Tabo to Pin Valley via Dhankar - After breakfast we will visit the Tabo Monastery which is also called the “Ajanta of Himalayas” and is close to a 1000 years old. The monastery including all it’s paintings, murals and artifacts are said to be made themselves by Gods in a single day. There are caves for meditation and also Dhankar Monastery which was said to be the seat of the King in ancient times. There is a beautiful monument on a cliff overlooking the confluence of Spiti and Pin River. Enjoy a small hike to Dhankar Lake and later check in to your homestay at Mudh, which is the last village of Pin Valley and also starting point for the famous Pin Parvati Pass in Reverse.

After waking up to the stunning landscapes of Pin Valley and it’s National Park. We will head to famous Kye Monastery. It is situated on a top of the mountain overlooking a huge river bed. It is said to be the main learning centre for Lamas of Geluk Sect. After visiting the iconic monastery we will visit Kibber which is said to be one of the highest village in India. you may visit the Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary and explore the rich fauna and flora of the place

Today we will visit Hikkim which is the highest post office in the world and mail some postcards and letters. After that we will visit the highest village in India at 4600 Meters i.e. Komic. We will also visit the monastery in Komic and click some pictures of nearby snow laden peaks and later on drive back to Kaza.

Today we will begin our drive to Chandra Tal – The moon lake via Losar Village and Kunzum Pass. After crossing Losar the scenery will become breath-taking as we cross high mountains and snow capped peaks at Kunzum La and beyond. Take a hike to Chandratal Lake which is approximately 15 minutes and click pictures or enjoy a swim in the lake which offers a mesmerizing sight which leaves you spell bound and speechless. The whole view looks like a painting and the lake itself looks very identical to it’s close cousin Pangong in Ladakh. Spend the night at camps near Chandratal

Chandratal to Manali via Rohtang Pass- Today will be our last day of journey.The journey is tough and adventurous as the road between Manali and Chandratal is one of the most adventurous and rough road you had come across. It’s also the most scenic as you will keep on clicking pictures all the way. The road is virtually non existence and rocks, dust, waterfalls and streams make the terrain very difficult. However the snow capped barren moutains, vast landscapes and accompanying Chandra River makes the views worth taking all the trouble. Overnight stay in Manali
