2. RATES ARE INCLUDED SLEEPER CLASS TRAIN FAIR, DELUXE BUS, SUMO, WINGEER, TEMPU TRVELER, TAXI FAIR. ( EXCEPT ENTRE FEES, COOLI, GUIDE, PONI, ROP WAY, (TAXI -GANGTOK ONLY) CHARGE ETC.



3.EVERY FAMILY WILL BE ENTITLED TO GET SEPARATE FAMILY WISE ROOM , 3 HEADS IN A DOUBLE BED ROOM.



4.SEATS ARE NORMALLY RESERVED BY PAYMENT OF 4000/ PER HEAD AS AN ADVENCE.



5. FOR CONFIRMED TICKET ON OWN NAME BOOK AT LEAST 120 DAYS BEFOIRE JOURNEY DATE.



6. FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT TO BE DEPOSITED BEFORE 20 DAY BY CASH FROM THE JOURNEY DATE.



7. IF THE DUE AMOUNT NOT PAID WITHIN THE DUE DATE OF BHARAT BHUMI HAVE THE FULL AUTHORITY TO CANCEL THE TOUR.



8. ADVANCE PAID IS NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
