Morning arrival in Phuentsholing where guests are greeted by their guide and complete immigration and customs formalities. In the afternoon guests drive from Phuentsholing to Thimphu, a scenic journey of approximately 145 kilometers taking around 5 to 6 hours through lush forests, terraced fields and traditional villages. On arrival in Thimphu guests check in to their hotel and have the evening at leisure to explore the capital and rest. Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Morning sightseeing in Thimphu visiting key spiritual and cultural sites including Tashichho Dzong, the seat of the kings office and central monastic body, followed by Buddha Dordenma which offers panoramic views of Thimphu valley and a meditation hall. Visit the National Memorial Chorten for peaceful reflection. After lunch in Thimphu, drive to Paro which takes around 1.5 to 2 hours through mountain landscapes. In late afternoon explore Paro with visits to Rinpung Dzong on the banks of the Paro Chu river and Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples. Enjoy a traditional dinner in Paro and overnight at the hotel.

Early morning breakfast followed by the hike to Tigers Nest Monastery (Paro Taktsang), perched about 900 meters above Paro valley. The hike begins around 8:00 AM and takes approximately 4 to 5 hours depending on pace; a horse ride is available halfway for extra comfort. Hike through pine forests, stop at the viewpoint for panoramic views, and explore the sacred monastery and its history. Lunch is available at the cafeteria near the monastery. In the afternoon return to Paro and guests may choose an optional traditional stone bath or a massage for rejuvenation (own cost). Dinner and overnight in Paro.

Morning breakfast and a short visit or walk along Paro Chhu river between 8:00 and 9:00 AM to enjoy the serene riverside atmosphere and scenic views including Paro Bridge. Return to the hotel to check out around 9:00 to 9:30 AM and begin the drive from Paro to Phuentsholing at approximately 9:30 to 10:00 AM, a journey of around 5 to 6 hours through valleys and the Chhukha district. Stop for lunch around 12:30 to 1:30 PM, continue after lunch and arrive in Phuentsholing around 3:00 to 4:00 PM. Check in at the hotel, explore local sights such as Zangto Pelri Lhakhang and the Phuentsholing market, enjoy dinner in the evening and rest.
