Day 1

Bandaranaike International Airport – Trincomalee (Guests should have an early morning arrival flight. Very much hectic and not advisable for senior citizens specifically)

On arrival you will be met and welcomed by our representative and transferred to Trincomalee
Check-in to the hotel & Leisure at the hotel
Overnight stay at hotel- Trincomalee

Day 2

Trincomalee – Kandy

Breakfast at the hotel
Proceed to Koneswaram temple, Shankari Devi Shakti Peetham, Kinniya Hot water wells
Transfer to Kandy
Check-in to the hotel & Leisure at the hotel
Overnight stay at hotel- Kandy

Activities : Sightseeing
Day 3

Kandy

Breakfast at the hotel
Proceed to Kandy City tour including Royal botanical Garden, Tooth Relic Temple & Gem Museum.
Leisure at the hotel
Overnight stay at hotel- Kandy
Temple 5.30am-8pm,
Puja 5.30-6.45am, 9.30-11am & 6.30-8pm
Dress code: Wear clothes that cover your legs and your shoulders, and remove your shoes outside the temple.

Kandy- Bentota

After Breakfast at the hotel proceed to Bentota
En route proceed to Pinnawala elephant orphanage , Spice Garden
Check-in to the hotel & Leisure at the hotel

08.30am Opening the orphanage for visitors
10.00am Morning bath at ‘Ma Oya’
12noon Elephants return to the orphanage after the bath
02.00pm Afternoon bath at ‘Ma Oya’
04.00pm Elephants return to the orphanage after the bath
06.00pm closing the orphanage to visitors

Bentota –Colombo

20% of the Billing amount is immediately non-refundable upon payment.
Airfares on Low-Cost Carriers cannot be held on a time limit. The fare being highly dynamic, is charged as at the time of actual booking, which may be different from the fare quoted.
Visa fee is not included. However, visa assistance is provided all across India. Service charges are applicable over and above visa fee.
Grant of visa is the prerogative of respective embassies as per their own discretion. In the case of failure to get a visa, cancellation charges will still be applicable.
Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended.
Several sightseeing activities including boat trips, theme parks and cable cars operate depending on the weather. In case a trip is canceled before being undertaken, a refund may be provided as per the policy and discretion of the operator. However, in case sightseeing is curtailed after the start of the trip, no refund is due to be paid for partially utilized services.

14 – 7 days Prior to Departure: 100% of the total tour cost

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

30 Days Prior to the departure: Booking Deposit will be non-refundable
30 – 14 days Prior to Departure: 50% of the total tour cost
14 – 7 days Prior to Departure: 75% of the total tour cost
Within 7 Days Prior to Departure: 100% cancellation will apply
