On your arrival at the Srinagar International Airport, you will be taken for a 35 minutes drive through the heart of New Srinagar city, passing the Abdullah bridge which connects the banks of the Jehlum river, check in to your hotel and relax. Later you can take a short drive around the Dal Lake. Do shikara Ride at Dal lake and overnight stay at Srinagar Hotel.

Sonmarg is at 98 kms from Srinagar and it will take about 3 hours to reach Sonmarg. Covered with alpine trees from all sides, Sonmarg has a few of the loveliest flower collections in Jammu and Kashmir.
