Day 1

Srinagar/Arrival/Local Sightseeing

Dal Lake

Meet and greet at Srinagar Airport upon arrival and transfer to Hotel. Half day free for local sightseeing of Mughal Gardens, Dal Lake etc. which purely depends upon the nature of the timing of the flight Arrival, in the evening enjoy shikara ride on Dal lake. Overnight in Srinagar

Day 2

Srinagar/Sonamarg/Srinagar

Full day excursion to Sonamarg (Golden Meadow). The distance of about 83 kms will be covered about 2-½ hrs. Sonamarg lies in Sind Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonamarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lakes. Enjoy horse riding up to Thajwas glacier and sledge riding on snow. Late afternoon drive back to Srinagar. Overnight in Srinagar

Day 3

Srinagar/Gulmarg/Srinagar

After breakfast drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 60 kms will be covered in about 2-½ hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek up to Khilangmarg which can be covered in about
3 hrs. Also enjoy sledge riding on snow. Chair Lifts for mountain ride are also available. In The Evening drive back to Srinagar Overnight in Srinagar

Day 4

Srinagar/Pahalgam/Srinagar

After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds). The distance of about 96 kms will be covered in about 3 hrs. Enroute visiting Saffron fields, Awantipura ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman), see the beautiful countryside on the way and lot of rice fields. Drive through the pine forest. Arrive Pahalgam transfer to Hotel. Afternoon have bridle walks and feed your cameras with the picture of magnificent view of mountains. In the evening Drive Back to Srinagar Overnight in Srinagar

Important Note

Once advance is paid for booking, it will be considered as your confirmation/authorization for the agency to go ahead and proceed for the booking, it will be considered as your declaration that you have read all the terms and conditions of the package and you wish to proceed further.
After the advance payment done towards the booking, agency will check the availability and proceed accordingly.
In case of no availability/sold out of the desired package, we will provide an alternate option for the same with similar category accommodation and services.
Tour - sightseeing, Driver details and activities voucher will be provided 48-24Hrs prior the departure.
If failed to clear/pay the due amount before due date, booking will be auto cancelled and a refund against the booking will be initiated after applicable cancellation charges.
In case of non-refundable bookings no refunds will be made

Terms & Conditions

Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 10% of the package* cost to be deducted.
If postponed or preponed of the service date made on or before 30 days, only 5% of the package*cost to be deducted and cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel cost and Transportation cost of that particular time period.
In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total cost package* will be deducted.
From 9 days up to 6 days before commencements of the service 50% of the total cost package* will be deducted.
From 5 days up to 48 Hrs. before of the service 100% of the total cost package* will be deducted.
Please note that the tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable. Sort out all necessary documentation (visa, passport, and other misc documentation) before your travel.

YOUR CONTRACT
When you book travel arrangements with us you enter into a contract with us.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are any client of ours who books your travel arrangements with us and who is named on the confirmation invoice.
WHAT ARE PAYMENT TERMS?
The person in whose name the booking is made acts on behalf of all other persons named and becomes responsible to us for all payments in respect of the booking. If you are making a payment less than eight weeks prior to departure you must pay the total cost of your travel arrangements. If you do not pay as described above, your travel arrangements will be automatically canceled. We do not send reminders. We are entitled to cancel your travel arrangements for non-payment as specified. Should we have to cancel your travel arrangements because you have failed to pay, you will be liable to pay us cancellation charges. Our back offices are located in different cities including cities in the UK and in India. The processing of your reservation and payment might take place at any of these back offices, including back-offices outside the INDIA. Our back office is registered in UTTAR PRADESH, India, under the name and style of The Trippology. In case your payment is processed at our Uttar Pradesh office, your card statement will show The Trippology as the Merchant. In order to avoid fraudulent use of cards, we may undertake measures that would involve the cardholder to confirm certain details with the bank about the transaction. Failing to do so may lead to the cancellation of the reservation.
DEPOSITS
Where deposits are taken this only guarantees the seat NOT any tax increase and fare increase. The deposits are non-refundable. Your fare is guaranteed only once you make the full payment. Your seat is guaranteed only after your tickets are issued by our agency and we send you the e-tickets.
AIRPORT CHARGES AND DEPARTURE TAXES
Action by any Overseas Governments and other Authorities including mandatory increases or new charges is not covered by the company`s price guarantee. India Air passenger Duty and Airport departure taxes are included in our prices.
AMENDMENTS
If after booking you wish to change your travel arrangements, we will do our utmost to meet this new instruction as long as they are received by us in writing and accompanied by an amendment fee. Please enquire for more details with your consultant. Alterations cannot be made to passenger names and it is your obligation to book under the correct names as they appear in the relevant passport. Name changes will be treated as cancellations and will be subject to the cancellation charges set out below.
Please note that some travel arrangements cannot be changed after a reservation has been made and any alterations will incur a 100%cancellation charge. All fares are subject to change,
sometimes without advance notice: it is therefore in your own interest to finalize payment as soon as possible, as fares can only be guaranteed if full payment has been received.
CANCELLATION BY THE PASSENGER
You may cancel your booking at any time as long as it is communicated to us in writing. As this incurs administration costs, we will retain your deposit (deposits are non-refundable) and additional cancellation charges may apply. Cancellation charges on airline tickets are dependent on the airline, the fare type, and when the cancellation takes place, varying from 25%to 100%; please check at the time of booking. It should be noted that the majority of discounted airline tickets carry a 100%cancellation charge. Refunds can take anything between 12-14 weeks. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Bookings where payments made by credit card are liable for the following surcharges: 2.5% on Visa &Master Card. 3.5% on American Express and Diner`s Club.
If you wish to avoid paying the surcharge, you may transfer/deposit funds into one of our bank accounts. Although this is advisable only if your departure date is more than 5 days away.
Please make sure you consult with our Travel consultant before/after making any bank transfer or cash deposit.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
In the event of the company making a request on your behalf, e.g. Meals, Seats, Room requests, etc., we will communicate that request to those responsible. A request cannot be guaranteed and therefore we cannot be held responsible if your request is not fulfilled.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We advise you to take a travel insurance policy. Our consultants have been trained by the Insurance companies to offer customized Travel Insurance, covering the maximum risk at minimum cost. Please check with our sales consultants about the most suitable Travel Insurance Policy as per your travel requirements.
POSTING DOCUMENTS
All the tickets are issued as E-tickets. E-ticket will be emailed to the passenger at his/her email ID. In special cases where the client doesn’t have an email ID, we will post the printed version of the E-ticket to the client’s postal address. The insurance policy will always be posted to the customer’s postal address.
RECONFIRMATION OF FLIGHTS /CHECK-IN
You are required to check in3 hours prior to departure on long-haul and 2 hours prior to departure for short-haul flights. Reconfirmation of onward / return flights must be made with the airline at least 72 hours prior to departure.
FLIGHT PROGRAMME CHANGES
All prices, dates, times, routes, and choice of the airline are subject to alteration or cancellation should The Trippology find it necessary to effect any such alteration or cancellation. They will use their best Endeavour to provide passengers with suitable alternatives. All arrangements for transportation are made by The Trippology upon the express understanding that it acts as a booking agent only. Any claim for damage, injury, death, loss, or delay in connections or inconvenience caused or suffered by any passenger or his property howsoever arising shall be made directly against the carrier or other responsible person, firm, or company concerned. The liability of The Trippology shall cease in any event if The Trippology has exercised due diligence in acting as a booking agent. The Trippology will not be bound by any statement or representation unless it is in writing and signed by a duly authorized official or their office staff, and save as aforesaid, no representative employee or agent of The Trippology is authorized to commit them to any liability or make any representation on their behalf whatsoever. Refunds will not be paid in the event of cancellations or changes made by us caused by circumstances amounting to Force Majeure including amongst others: war, the threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorism, industrial disputes and strikes, natural and other disasters, fire, technical problems with transport adverse weather conditions, closure or congestion of airports and other events beyond our control.
After E-tickets have been issued, in case the Airline cancels the flight for any unforeseen reasons, it’s the Airline’s responsibility to offer an alternate schedule to the affected customers. We will inform the customers about all possible alternate schedules offered by the Airline. In case the customer doesn’t wish to accept the alternate schedule(s), we will apply for a refund from the Airline. In the case of a Refund, The Trippology will only refund the amount that it receives from the Airline. This also means that The Trippology reserves the right to not refund the commission/mark-up which was a part of the selling price and which covers all the direct/indirect expenses incurred by The Trippology for issuing your E-tickets
VALIDITY OF TICKETS, FLIGHT TIMINGS, AND SCHEDULED CARRIERS
Return tickets are valid for the dates and routing specified thereon. No refunds will be made in respect of unused tickets other than as provided herein. Flights, timings, and schedules are subject to changes at the insistence of National Aviation Authorities or the carriers for operational or other reasons. Neither the company nor the Carrier concerned will accept liability for the flight cancellations, delays, or diversions outside the company`s or the carrier`s control. Timings in itineraries or elsewhere are not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract. Air Carriers may substitute alternative aircraft and carriers, include or omit stops and neither the company nor the carrier accepts responsibility for making connections and/or delays.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
It is your responsibility to have valid travel documentation. You will be liable for any fines together with any related expenses, which may be imposed on The Trippology or the carrier as a result of your improper or incorrect documentation.
Before your departure date, you shall make sure that you have all valid Visas, including destination and transit Visa(s).
PASSPORT, VISAS, HEALTH REQUIREMENTS, AND DRIVING LICENCE
A full ten-year passport is required for visits to all destinations. Check the validity of your passport and any visa requirements with the appropriate consulates. Also, if appropriate, please check you have a full driving license and are eligible to drive in the country concerned. For non-EU destinations, an international license may be required. Ensure that you meet all immunization and medical requirements. Some countries may require vaccination certificates for entry.

Important Information

AC will not be functional on Hills, Terrains or Slopes.
In Gulmarg (Round the Year) horseman union does not allow any vehicle to pick up or drop guests at/from Gondola. Also any Sightseeing tours by vehicles inside Gulmarg are not allowed. Apharwat, Khilangmarg, and Kongdori peaks are for skiing and to Kanchenjunga Museum are not included. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.
Due to the heavy snow falls roads from Jammu – Srinagar – Jammu is open for traffic alternatively or vehicular movement may remain suspended for traffic, depending on weather conditions, and road may get block anytime without any notice, in such conditions we have no control over the road and thus we won’t be liable for any such conditions. Best possible help will be provided to the customers in such conditions.
Jammu/Katra to Pahalgam/Srinagar takes approx 10 - 12 Hrs One way depending on the road and traffic conditions. You are requested to consider the above while making train or flight reservations.
Thajiwas Glacier, Fish Pond, Zero Point Krishansar and Vishansar Lake at Sonamarg are not Included in the given
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

To reach the glaciers and the gondola station, you can hire ponies / horses on a direct payment basis as vehicles are not allowed beyond a certain point in Gulmarg and Sonamarg.
