Station or your residence and drive to Balehonnur. Balehonnur is a small city in Chikmagalur district located on the bank of the Bhadra River and is a green and picturesque place. Balehonnur is popular for Sri Rambhapuri Mutt, one of the oldest temples in Karnataka belonging to veerashiva pantha. Afternoon, proceed to Sringeri. Sringeri is well known town in Karnataka for its temple Dakshinamnaya Sringeri Sharada Peetam. It is also known as Sringeri Sharada Peetham. It is one of the four Hindu Advaita maths established by Jagadguru Sri Adi Shankaracharya. On arrival at Sringeri, check in to the hotel and proceed to visit temple. Visit Sri Sharada Temple and Vidyashankara Temple. There are other shrines located in the temple premises. Then you can have Dinner at temple dining hall.
