Other Terms & Conditions :
- Inclusive of accommodation, meals, sleeper class train fare, transfers and sightseeing.
- Tours excludes any meals during train journey, entrance fees during sightseeing, mineral water, insurance coverage, etc.
- Accommodation will be allotted family wise. Extra person will be provided mattress and child without extra mattress.
- Railway berth depends on availability and on Railway Policy. We do not guarantee any specific berth during train journey.
- Payment: Minimum 30% of tour price required as advance. 50% more will be collected before 45 days and rest amount will be paid before 30 days from date of journey.
- In case if there is any increase of train fare, bus fare, etc. then the difference has to be borne by the client.
- All reservations are subject to cancellation charges. Advance will be refunded after deducting cancellation charges.
- Any loss arising due to any natural calamity, political disturbance, strikes, train cancellation, flight cancellation, any unforeseen incident, etc. will be borne by the client.
- In case the tour is extended or diverted for any unavoidable circumstances the extra cost will have to borne by the client.
- Management is not liable for any loss / robbery/ theft /damage of luggage/ belongings/ cash/ ID card/etc. under any unavoidable circumstances during the tour.
