  • Day 1 : Delhi - Chandigarh - Shimla 4 hours by train and then 3 hours by car

    Description :

    Leave Delhi for Chandigarh by Shatbadi Express the morning. Escort to the hotel for rest. Hang around the Mall and Ridge in the evening.

    Day 2 : Shimla ( 2205m ) - Naldehra ( 2044m; 18km ); Naldehra ( 2044m ) - Kufri ( 2633m;) Kufri - Shimla

    • Jakhu Temple

    Description :

    After breakfast, visit Jakhu temple. Located at the town’s highest point, the temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Visit Naldehra - 18 km from Shimla. It has a nine-hole golf course designed by the British Viceroy Lord Curzon. After visiting Naldehra, we take you to Kufri which is famous for the panoramic view it offers and for its Ski slopes. We return to Shimla’s hotel for rest.

    Day 3 : Shimla ( 2205m ) - Manali ( 2050m ); 260km; 6 - 7 hrs drive

    Description :

    Leave for Manali. Check into hotel for rest. Evening is free to visit Manali Market. Back to the hotel for dinner and rest.

    Day 4 : In and around Manali ( 2050m )

    • Hadimba Temple

    Description :

    After breakfast, visit the famous Hadimba temple - a famous woodwork in Pagoda style architecture. Explore the Nagar castle and Roerich Art Gallery - dedicated to the celebrated Russian painter Nicholas Roerich who married the Indian cine idol - Devika Rani, and lived there. Visit Rohtang Pass ( 3978m ) and visit Vashist famous for its hot water springs. Later we return to the hotel for dinner and rest.

    Day 5 : Manali ( 2050m ) - Dharamshala ( 1387m ); 240km; 7 - 8 hrs drive

    Description :

    We leave Manali for Dharamshala. En route we visit Bir Monastery where we can visit the Tibetan carpet weaving factory and drive towards Dharamshala, check in to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 6 : Manali - Chandigarh

    Description :

    Arrive and transfer to hotel. Spend the day at leisure, shopping, and enjoying Indian cuisine or snacks.
    This city dedicated after Chandi or Durga Devi, the partner of Shiva, is a prosperous city, a Union Territory and the capital of both the states of Punjab and Haryana. Placed at the foot of the Shimla slopes of Shivalik extents, Chandigarh was designed by a well known French designer Le Corbousier on deductive standards, with some decrees including human scale, independent areas, street framework, territories of exceptional investment and structural control. Night stay in Chandigarh

    Day 7 : Chandigarh - Delhi

    Description :

    Delhi Arrival & Sightseeing: - Chandigarh Sightseeing like rock garden, rose garden, museum, etc and daylong outing by street. Later, fly again to Delhi. Transfer to hotel. Night stay in Delhi.

    Day 8 : Departure

    Description :

    Delhi Sightseeing: - Early morning breakfast will followed with move ahead for grand city tour of Old and New Delhi attractions like President House, India Gate, Birla Temple, Red Fort, Rah Ghat, Qutub Minar, Humayun Tomb, and Lodhi Garden, etc. Come back to hotel and get transferred to the airport for boarding the flight back to home.

    • A deposit of 50% of the total price is due with your reservation. Final payments are due before the departure and for a few special trips, 30 days before your trip starts.


    • If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so in writing (best by e-mail). If we receive your cancellation more than 90 days before the starting date of the trip, we refund 100% of your deposit. Between 90 and 30 days your deposit becomes non-refundable. At less than 30 days notice (after payment is received in full), no refunds can be given. Some trips attract a minimum processing charge. Please check. The tour price is quoted as a package. No partial refunds or credit will be given for services not used. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance upon booking.


    • Our Tour Leaders take their responsibilities seriously and if a Tour Leader believes in his/her judgment that you should not participate in the trip, before your departure, even if you pass your medical, he/she may exclude you from the trip. In this circumstance you will be offered the option of taking another trip considered suitable for you or a full refund. If during a trip the Tour Leader considers you should not participate further he/she may direct you not to continue and you must follow the Tour Leader's instructions. In this case you will not be entitled to any refund. Travel insurance may compensate you depending on the circumstances.


    • Participants must be in good health and in a good physical condition. It is vital that participants with medical problems make them known to us well before departure. If you suffer from severe muscular, chest, heart or bronchial disorders, or if you are a severe asthmatic, or have high blood pressure, you are strongly advised against participating. Our trips generally take place in remote areas where there is little or no access to normal medical services or hospital facilities for serious problems. Where necessary, evacuation can be prolonged but it is difficult and expensive. Medical and evacuation expenses will be the responsibility of the participant.


    • may for any reason change the date of departure or conclusion of the tour, or it is possible that a route change, postponement or delay (either in relation to departure or to the duration of the expedition) may become necessary due to inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions or any other cause. In the event of a change, postponement or delay, participants have no right to refund of the tour price (in whole or in part) or other compensation for any injury, loss or damage.


    • Package prices are based on ground costs, airfares and exchange rates.


    • The following items are excluded from the tour price: *visa, passport and vaccination charges; *departure, airport and airline taxes; *extra meals not included in the itinerary; *laundry, postage, personal clothing, medical expenses, personal travel insurance and items of a personal nature; *emergency evacuation charges; and *tips and excess baggage charges.
