    Description :

    Pick up from your hotel or a place of stay in Nairobi at 8.00am.We depart for a journey south along the floor of the Great a Rift valley with a pit spot at the view point for breathtaking view of the new Rift Valley You can take photos and buy souvenirs as u listen to African tales about the formation of the Rift Valley.

    Arrive at Maasai Mara in the late afternoon and enjoy a game drive till twilight. Dinner and over night at Camp

    Day 2 : Day Two

    Description :

    Full day spend game viewing exploring the park in search of the Big 5.Early morning and late afternoon game drives are offered. You will enjoy a picnic lunch with the hippos and crocodiles at the Talek river.

    All meals and overnight will be at the Camp

    Day 3 : Day Three

    Description :

    On this morning enjoy a pre-breakfast game drive between 6.30am and 9a.m.After this ,return to the camp for a hot breakfast after which we begin our journey back to Nairobi where the Kenya Camping Safari ends.

    These are 3days camping based safari to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve to see the wildebeest migration which takes place every year. Maasai Mara game Reserve. Maasai Mara migration sees more than 250 ,000 tourists visit Kenya.

    The annual wildebeest migration at Maasai Mara is a natural cycle that replenishes and renews the grassland of East Africa. This is the total sensory experience holiday.

    The sound of the approaching herd is a deep primal rumbling of thundering hooves and low grunts. The sight of the wildebeest is staggering-a continuous charging mass that stretches from one horizon to the other. This endless grey river of life is mottled with black and white as zebras join the throng.

    Lions are frequently seen attacking the herds-especially at night dragging down struggling individual. At the same time packs of hyena freely weave throughout the herds singling out and separating the young and the weak.

    Reservations and Payments: A deposit of 40% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking a tour. The remainder of the total quoted tour price is due 60 days before the departure date. If your reservation is made within 60 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid on confirmation. Accepted methods of payment by Kaswan Tours and Safaris include wire transfer, Paypal or credit card (Visa, Master, JCB or AMEX). There is a Credit card surcharge. Prices Validity of Prices - Prices are valid for the periods shown but are subject to change without notice in the event of Government action, i.e. increase in hotel tax or VAT, or to increase if prices are significantly affected by other circumstances beyond our control. Prices are based on exchange rates prevailing at the time of publication and may alter should any major variation in exchange rates occur. Prices Include - Prices quoted for safaris generally include transport as per the itinerary, game drives where appropriate, full board accommodation, picnic/extra lunches where stated, scheduled charter flights where mentioned and park entrance fees. Prices Exclude - Itinerary prices generally exclude international flights, visa costs, airport taxes, optional excursions, personal insurance (medical or other), flying doctor membership, drinks, tips, phone calls, laundry and any items of a personal nature. Children under 12 years of age sharing with parents generally pay 50%. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to the loss of deposit. Cancellations received sixty days or less prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit fees:        • 60 – 30 days, 40% of tour cost;        • 29-16 days, 60% of tour cost;        • Less than 15 days, 100% of tour cost.        • No refunds are given for: lost travel time or substitution of facilities and/or accommodations; itineraries amended after departure; not appearing for any accommodation, tour, game viewing or other booked activities; and/or cutting short the booked itinerary for any reason. Accommodations: All quoted tour and Safari prices include accommodations based on Double/ Twin occupancy. There is a supplemental fee for single occupancy accommodations. In some lodges, children of certain age are not permitted unless where advised accordingly. Meals: Meals are included in the tour price as stated in the itinerary, B=Breakfast, L=Lunch and D=Dinner. Baggage: You may take along two normal size pieces of luggage, not exceeding a total of 44 lbs. per person. On charter flights in Africa the baggage allowance may be less. Arrangements have been made for safe storage while on tour. However, all baggage is at the tour member’s risk whilst on tour. Kaswan Tours and Safaris highly recommends baggage insurance. Limitations of Liability: Kaswan Tours and Safaris, its Owners, Outfitters, Agents and Employees give notice that they act only as agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers providing means of transportation and/or all related travel services and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for injury, personal illness, loss or damage Gratuities, Taxes and Entrances Fees: Charges for hotel taxes are included, as well as game park entrance fees and to all wildlife reserves included in the itinerary. In Africa, tips to driver-guides and escorts are not included and are at your discretion. Medical Issues You must advise Kaswan Tours and Safaris in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which (a) may affect your ability to fully participate in the trip; (b) may require professional attention during the trip; or (c) may require the use of special equipment. If any such condition arises after the trip is booked, you must advise Kaswan Tours and Safaris in writing immediately. Kaswan Tours and Safaris reserves the right to decline or cancel your reservation, or to remove you from a trip in progress, if Kaswan Tours and Safaris reasonably determines your condition would adversely affect the health, safety, or enjoyment of you or of other participants. If Kaswan Tours and Safaris removes you from a trip in progress pursuant to this paragraph, you will not be entitled to any refund of your Trip Price and Kaswan Tours and Safaris shall have no further liability. Most Kaswan Tours and Safaris trips are not wheelchair-accessible, as wheelchair assistance or accessibility in our safari destinations cannot be guaranteed. If you require a wheelchair, you must provide Kaswan Tours and Safaris with your requirements in advance and also may need to bring your own small, collapsible wheelchair. If you are unable to travel without assistance, you must be accompanied by an able companion. If you have a condition which requires special equipment or treatment, you must bring and be responsible for all necessary items related to your condition. Kaswan Tours and Safaris cannot accommodate motorized scooters of any kind. Kaswan Tours and Safaris cannot accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy and cannot accommodate service animals. If you have a condition as contemplated herein, you travel at your own risk. Kaswan Tours and Safaris is not liable for any injuries or damages you may suffer relating to such a condition, including without limitation loss of special equipment, lack of assistance with or accommodation of special needs, and unavailability of medical assistance or treatment. Kaswan Tours and Safaris is not responsible for the costs of any medical treatment you may require during the trip. Under no circumstances is Kaswan Tours and Safaris responsible for the quality of medical care, or lack thereof, you may receive while on the trip. Transportation Transportation varies with each itinerary but is usually by earthy coloured (blends well with the environment) 4x4 Safari Cruiser or Minibus with large windows, pop-up roofs, guaranteed window seats and the services of an English speaking driver/guide. French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese speaking driver/guides are also available. On Flying Safaris you are usually met by the lodge open sided 4x4 Safari Cruisers. Insurance: We strongly recommend you protect yourself with a short-term traveler’s insurance policy to cover baggage loss, accident, medical emergencies, and trip cancellation to a person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from: act of God; detention; annoyance; delays; expenses arising from quarantine; strikes; thefts; pilferage; force majeure; failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled; civil disturbances; terrorism; government restrictions or regulations; and discrepancies or changes in hotel services in which it has no control. Kaswan Tours and Safaris and/or its local operators reserve the right to make reasonable changes in the itinerary when deemed advisable for the comfort and safety of passengers, which includes but is not limited to: the substitution of hotels, alteration of the itinerary, and reversing the order of the places to be visited by Kaswan Tours and Safaris and its local operators, their tours and/or suppliers of services, and other cooperating agencies reserve the right to refuse individuals from a safari without refund who acts in a manner which is unsafe for themselves, or inconsiderate or unsafe to fellow travelers, and/or who ignores the requests of their guide (s) to act in a safe and responsible manner. On advancement of deposit to African Sermon Safaris, the depositor agrees to be bound by the above described terms and conditions. Kaswan Tours and Safaris hereby notifies all passengers that any matter or cases relating to any tour is subject to/or governed by the rules and laws of the country to which it takes place and no other country. Risks: Kaswan Tours and Safaris draws your attention to the fact that there are certain inherent dangers involved with adventure travel, and the client accepts them at his/her own risk. It is however advisable to take travel insurance and a separate baggage loss before arrival to Kenya.
