Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Njp / Ixb/siliguri To Gangtok

Upon arrival at NJP, IXB, or Siliguri, you will be transferred to Gangtok (120 km, approx. 4.5 hours). Check-in at the hotel and relax for the evening. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 2 Tsomgo Lake And New Baba Mandir

Start early after breakfast for a full day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft) and New Baba Mandir (13,200 ft). In case of permit issues or unforeseen circumstances, alternate sightseeing will be arranged. Nathula Pass requires a special permit issued by Sikkim Tourism on the day of travel and involves extra cost. Valid documents must be submitted seven days prior. Permits are non-refundable and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Day 3 Gangtok Half Day City Tour And Transfer To Pelling

After breakfast, enjoy a half-day Gangtok city tour (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM) visiting the Handicraft Centre, Flower Show, Chorten Stupa, Institute of Tibetology, and Bakthang/Banjhakri Waterfalls. Afternoon, drive to Pelling (7,000 ft, 5 hrs). Check-in at the hotel upon arrival. Overnight stay in Pelling.

Day 4 Pelling Full Day City Tour

Post breakfast, proceed for a full-day Pelling tour (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM) covering Orange Garden, Rimbi Waterfalls, Khangchendzonga Waterfalls, Khecheopalri Lake, Pemayangtse Monastery, and Rabdentse Ruins. (Optional: Skywalk at extra cost). Overnight stay in Pelling.

Day 5 Pelling To Darjeeling

After breakfast (8:30 AM), transfer to Darjeeling (110 km, 6 hrs, 6,730 ft). Evening free to explore Mall Road. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 6 Darjeeling City Tour

Early morning starts with a visit to Tiger Hill (3:30 AM) to view the sunrise. Return via Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Later, enjoy the city tour (9:00 AM to 3:30 PM) including the Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (closed Thursdays), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed Thursdays), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre (closed Sundays), and an outer view of the tea gardens.

Day 7 Darjeeling To Ixb/njp/siliguri

After breakfast, transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB), NJP Railway Station, or Siliguri for onward journey (approx. 3 hours, 70 km).
