Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival and Transfer to Katra Hotel.

  Upon arrival at “Jammu” - popularly known as the “City Of Temples”. You will be met by our representative & transfer to the Katra Hotel for Check in followed by welcome drink on Arrival. Katra is the base point to visit renowned Vaishnodevi Pilgrimage, One of the most revered and visited temples in India. Evening time one can go for visit to local markets around Katra (On Own).

• Day 2 : Katra Sightseeing

  After an early breakfast in the morning, we proceed further to visit the Holy temple of Vaishnodevi (Total 13 kms walk to the temple that takes about 4-5 hours). Enroute stops at Adhkwari Temple and darshan at Baba Bhaironath Temple is recommended).
  During summer and peak travel season, it may be advisable to start the climb previous evening. Once queue tickets are purchased, the wait period could be half an hour to 3 hours depending upon the rush. During season Yatra Parchi (entry tickets required to begin the uphill walk), it is recommended to purchase in advance to avoid delays.

• Day 3 : Day of Sightseeing at Katra

• NOTE: Please be informed that commercial & private vehicle of Srinagar city are not allowed to do entire movement (sightseeing coverage of internal areas) in Pahalgam & Sonamarg which includes trip to Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab Valley in Pahalgam, Trip to Thajiwas in Sonamarg; Vehicle upto Gondola Station in Gulmarg due to local union restriction at these particular places. Therefore, local vehicles can be booked by us or directly on spot on Extra Cost for internal mentioned places.We're Not Booking Gondola Tickets at JM Tours & Travels. • 1.If flights get cancelled due to weather, there will be no refund of hotel/transfer money,
• only dates can be shifted that too at least 3 hours before the check in time, depending
• on the category and policy of the hotels.
• 2. Gondola Tickets are not booked by us at JM Tours & Travels.
• 3. If travelling in peak winters, some sightseeings can not be covered due to heavy snowfall
• depending on the weather of that particular day.
• 4. If 2-3 PAX are travelling, The vehicle provided can be a hatchback/sedan (4 seater)
• depending on the availability at that time.
• 5. If 4 PAX are travelling and are booking a 4 seater car, no more than 2 Bags can be
• accommodated in a hatchback, our recommendation is to book Tavera/Innova
• 6. Pony Charges in any of the 4 destinations are not included in the package.
• 7. Snow Jeeps might be required in heavy snowfall in
• Srinagar/Gulmarg/Pahalgam/Sonmarg which can be hired on the spot and paid there
• and then.
• 8. Shikara ride is offered for 1 hour only on Dal lake, it does not include stops, sightseeings
• etc on the Shikara

• to get the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
• 6. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation
• segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike,
• Roadblocks or any other factor beyond our Control.
• Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• 7. Base category Room is provided by default in every package, unless asked for a higher
• category room.
• 8. Extra bed means Extra mattress.
• 9.We have only telephonic/mail contact with our Customers. We take no liability for the conduct
• of customers or any dispute between customer and hotel.
• 10.In most hotels mentioned above Extra Person Sharing the Room, Child with Extra Bed, will be
• provided MATTRESS / ROLLOVERS as per requirement.
• 11.Internet/data rarely works, so carry all requisite print outs with you. Instead of struggling to
• get the internet.
• 12. Only Postpaid connections work in Jammu and Kashmir.

100% if cancelled within 0-15 days of Travel/ No Show
Credit note will be issued in case the state announced the lockdown
