Important Instruction:
All Indian Tourists are Required to Carry Valid Photo IDs Issued by any Govt. Institution, for the Inner Line Permits. Children accompanying the Parents are Required To Carry Date Of Birth Certificate. Non Submission of the above Documents will result in Denial of Entry to the Restricted areas in Ladakh.

*** No Refund will be made Against any Un Utilized Services, What So Ever may be the Reason. Any Extra Expense due any Alteration has to be Paid by Guest.

Cancellation has to be sent to us by Email.

Booking Day - 30 Days - Communication Charges of Rs 3000.00 Per Person
30 -15 Days Prior To Departure: 35% of Tour Cost
14 - 08 Days Prior To Departure: 80% of Tour Cost
07 Days / No Show : 100% of The Tour Cost

AMENDMENT:
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.

REFUND:
Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest is booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by A/C payee cheque only.
