📝 1. Booking & Payment Policy
Minimum 30% advance payment required to confirm booking
Remaining balance must be paid before tour start / at arrival
Bookings are subject to availability of hotels & vehicles
Rates may change without prior notice until booking is confirmed
🏨 2. Hotel Policy
Standard check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability & extra cost
Rooms are provided on double/triple sharing basis
Any damage to hotel property will be charged directly to the client
🚗 3. Transport Policy
Vehicle (Innova / Ertiga) will be provided as per itinerary only
Vehicle is not on disposal basis
AC may be switched off in hilly areas or during parking
Driver duty hours: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (extra charges after that)
🍽️ 4. Meals (MAP Plan)
Meals include Breakfast & Dinner only
Meals will be served as per hotel fixed menu
No refund for missed meals
🛕 5. Sightseeing & Darshan
Sightseeing will be conducted as per itinerary
Darshan & temple visits depend on crowd, weather & local conditions
The company is not responsible for long queues or delay in darshan
VIP Darshan / Puja / Boat Ride charges are not included
❌ 6. Cancellation Policy
30 days before travel: 10% cancellation charges
15–30 days before travel: 25% charges
7–15 days before travel: 50% charges
Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% charges
Cancellation must be informed in writing (WhatsApp/Email)
🔄 7. Refund Policy
Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days
No refund for unused services / early departure
⚠️ 8. Liability & Responsibility
The company acts only as a service provider (hotels, transport, etc.)
Not responsible for:
Natural disasters
Road blocks / traffic delays
Political disturbances
Personal injuries / loss of belongings
🧾 9. Extra Charges
Any service not mentioned in inclusions will be chargeable
Additional sightseeing / extra km / waiting charges payable directly
Monument entry tickets, camera fees are extra
🧍 10. Client Responsibility
Carry valid ID proof during travel
Follow hotel, driver & local authority rules
Maintain discipline during religious visits
The company is not responsible for lost items / luggage
🚫 11. Prohibited Activities
Consumption of alcohol / non-veg food in pilgrimage tours is discouraged
Any illegal activity will lead to immediate termination of services
🛡️ 12. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural calamity, strike, pandemic), the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour
No liability for additional costs arising due to such situations

The company reserves the right to modify itinerary due to operational reasons
Alternative arrangements of similar category will be provided
💰 14. Pricing
Prices are based on current rates and may change due to:
Fuel price increase
Hotel rate changes
Government taxes

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
