Minimum 30% advance payment required to confirm booking
Remaining balance must be paid before tour start / at arrival
Bookings are subject to availability of hotels & vehicles
Rates may change without prior notice until booking is confirmed
🏨 2. Hotel Policy
Standard check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability & extra cost
Rooms are provided on double/triple sharing basis
Any damage to hotel property will be charged directly to the client
🚗 3. Transport Policy
Vehicle (Innova / Ertiga) will be provided as per itinerary only
Vehicle is not on disposal basis
AC may be switched off in hilly areas or during parking
Driver duty hours: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (extra charges after that)
🍽️ 4. Meals (MAP Plan)
Meals include Breakfast & Dinner only
Meals will be served as per hotel fixed menu
No refund for missed meals

Darshan & temple visits depend on crowd, weather & local conditions

30 days before travel: 10% cancellation charges
15–30 days before travel: 25% charges
7–15 days before travel: 50% charges
Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% charges

Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days
No refund for unused services / early departure

Not responsible for:
Natural disasters
Road blocks / traffic delays
Political disturbances
Personal injuries / loss of belongings

Consumption of alcohol / non-veg food in pilgrimage tours is discouraged
Any illegal activity will lead to immediate termination of services

In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural calamity, strike, pandemic), the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour
No liability for additional costs arising due to such situations
