Visakhapatnam (formerly known as Vizagapatam), also known as Vizag, Viśākha or Waltair, is the principal, largest, most populous and the only Cosmopolitan city in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is between the Eastern Ghats and the coast of the Bay of Bengal. It is the second-largest city on the east coast of India after Chennai, and the fourth-largest in South India. It is one of the four smart cities of Andhra Pradesh selected under the Smart Cities Mission.
Araku Valley is a hill station in Alluri Sitharama Raju district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, lying 111 km west of Visakhapatnam city. It is a valley in the Eastern Ghats inhabited by different tribes, mainly Araku Tribes. Araku is located in the Eastern Ghats about 114 kilometres (71 mi) from Visakhapatnam, close to the Odisha state border. The Anantagiri and Sunkarimetta Reserved Forest, which are part of Araku Valley, are rich in biodiversity and are mined for bauxite. Araku is connected through both rail and road to Visakhapatnam. Araku railway station is located on the Kothavalasa-Kirandul railway line of Visakhapatnam division of the East Coast Railway, on the Indian Railways network. Upon arrival at Vizag in the morning you will be received and transferred to the hotel. After freshening up proceed for a half day city tour of Vizag covering the following places of interest: R. K. Beach, Submarine Museum, Thotlakonda, Kailashgiri, Kali Temple. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

After Breakfast proceed for city tour covering of the following places Indra Gandhi Zoological and Rishikonda beach, you can visit Dolphin hill and Yarada beach an unexplored beach. Evening you may go shopping and return back to the hotel. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Araku valley
Early morning proceed to Araku for the visiting following places to Padmapuram Garden,Tribal Museum,Ananthagiri Coffee Plantations,Galikonda View Point, Borra Caves, Katiki Waterfalls then Back to Vizag. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Advance Booking Amount 40% of Total Amount.
Before 15 Days of Starting date Full Amount Should be paid.
Without full payment tour will not start.
Any changes of tour or transportation, after booking will cost effect in the total payable amount.
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other
personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the
Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written , a further charge will be levied as follows:-
For postpone / Prep-one of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 15 days
prior of tour date.
INR 20%/- will be charged extra for Prep one / postpone.
30 days prior to departure of the tour 30% of total tour cost.
30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 60% of total tour cost.
07 days to 02 days prior to departure of the tour 80% of total tour cost.
02 days to journey day prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company.
If the Client has booked any other services such as air /train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover
cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The
Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
Cancellation due to any pandemic situation or any government guideline, anyone can avail the same tour with same itinerary within one year, after the guideline gets over.
