Day 1

Delhi to Shimla

Travel overnight from Delhi to Shimla.

Day 2

Shimla to Kalpa

Kufri

Prepare for your journey as you leave Shimla and head towards Kalpa. You'll pass through the charming towns of Kufri and Narkanda, where the crisp mountain air is filled with the scent of apple orchards. Continue your drive through the picturesque towns of Sarahan and Rampur Bushahr, entering the stunning Kinnaur Valley. Upon reaching Sarahan, marvel at the majestic Kinner Kailash, towering over the village and believed to be the summer abode of Lord Shiva.

Day 3

Kalpa to Chitkul

Begin your journey towards the scenic Roghi Cliff Point, known as the Suicide Point, located along one of the country's most challenging mountain routes. En route, stop at the Karcham-Wangtoo Bridge and then enjoy a lunch break in Sangla. Arrive in Chitkul by the afternoon, complete your check-in, and take some time to unwind. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring Chitkul and witnessing a breathtaking sunset from this last village on the Indo-Tibetan border.

Day 4

Sightseeing in Chitkul

Kamru Fort

Enjoy a meal at "Hindustan ka Aakhari Dhaba," where you can savor delicious cuisine while taking in stunning mountain views. Explore the Mathi temples and learn about the village's prosperity following the arrival of the goddess Mathi. Pay your respects at the Kagyupa temple, known for its unique wooden carvings and the revered idol of Shakyamuni Buddha. You may also visit the nearby Kamru Fort and Bering Nag temple. Stroll through Chitkul's streets, where traditional Kinnauri houses feature intricate wooden carvings. End your day by the Baspa River, watching a mesmerizing sunset.

Chitkul to Shimla

Experience the vibrant nightlife of Shimla by taking a leisurely walk along the famous Ridge and Mall Road, immersing yourself in the city's unique atmosphere.

Start your day with a trek to the top of Jakhoo Hill to visit the historic Hanuman Temple. In the evening, explore nearby attractions along Mall Road, including the Town Hall, Gaiety Theatre, and Scandal Point.
