A 3 day 2 night Zanzibar island getaway based from Zanzibar arrival and departure. Highlights include a guided Stone Town tour with historic sites and Forodhani Gardens sunset, a morning Spice Farm tour, an afternoon visit to Prison Island to see giant tortoises and snorkeling opportunities, and beach time at Nungwi or Kendwa with transfers, hotel accommodation and guided services included depending on chosen package.
Arrival at Abeid Amani Karume Airport or ferry terminal followed by meet and greet and transfer to the hotel for check in and a short rest. In the afternoon enjoy a guided Stone Town tour visiting the Old Fort, House of Wonders, Freddie Mercury House and Darajani Market, finishing with sunset at Forodhani Gardens. Evening includes dinner and overnight in Stone Town.
After breakfast transfer for a morning Spice Farm tour to learn about local spices and tropical fruits. Transfer to the Zanzibar beach area then in the afternoon visit Prison Island Changuu to see giant tortoises, enjoy snorkeling and beach relaxation. Return to the beach hotel for dinner and overnight at a beach resort such as Nungwi or Kendwa.
Breakfast at the hotel followed by free time at the beach for swimming, photos and relaxation. Check out from the hotel and transfer to Abeid Amani Karume Airport or the ferry terminal for departure.
