Wari Chora is a small village situated in the Meghalayan Garo hills surrounded by lush green forests.
As a local guide from the region explained: Wari of Wari Chora means a deep river or a depression in the river.
Garo hills are home to the Garo tribe, which is known for its unique culture and tradition. They have a rich history and deep connection with the land and their way of life revolves around nature.
Garos, who locally call themselves A.chik are known for their skill in hunting and their traditional knowledge of the medicinal properties of plants.

Day 1

Guwahati - Wari Chora appx 08-09hrs

Pick up from Guwahati Airport or Railway station.
Drive to Wari Chora
On the way stopover for lunch and tea.
Evening at Eangre village followed by bonfire dinner.
Overnight stay at Homestay.

Activities : Adventure , Trekking , Sightseeing

Day 2

Exploring Wari Chora

Early breakfast and leave by 08:30 AM.
Sightseeing and Boating at Wari Chora.
 Visit Rorak Torak Jakol (Big Foot ).

Day 3

Emangre village - Aginma Wari Fish Sanctuary - Guwahati Drop.

Early breakfast and leave from homestay and visit Aginma Wari, Jawa War
Nakama Cave and Jadesil Fish Sanctuary.
Later we will also visit Siju Cave, also known as Bat Cave in English, is located in Simsang River game reserve. It is a limestone cave and is famous for its stalagmites and stalactites.
Visiting Siju Cave is like entering the belly of the earth, a place of unique visuals and formations that will capture anyone's imagination.
Post to that we proceed to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station.

* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
