Wari Chora is a popular trekking destination located in the South Garo Hills of Meghalaya. It is known for its stunning water body surrounded by rocky mountains, as well as for its diverse flora and fauna. The trek to Wari Chorai can be challenging, but it is worth the effort for those who enjoy adventure and natural beauty. Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

GUWAHATI/SHILLONG TO EMANGRE VILLAGE

Morning start your journey from Guwahati or Shillong to Emangre village. It will be long journey of 7-8 hours covering a distance of around 250Kms. After reaching wari chora check-in to homestay or campsite. Accommodation in Emangre are basic but you will get the raw touch of village life. Overnight stay in Emangre village.

Day 2

TREK TO WARI CHORA

Early morning start towards wari chora. One camper vehicle will take you the nearest location from where there will be a trek of around 1 hour to reach the stream side. Once you reach there enjoy the unforgotable beauty of Wari chora. After spending a good time travel back to homestay and take rest.

Day 3

VISIT TO SIJU CAVES AND FISH SANCTUARY

Today after breakfast, go to visit Siju caves. Explore the cave and than travel to Fish Sanctuary. Jadisil Fish Sanctuary is the result of the Meghalaya state government’s effort to revive the declining population of the local fish species. After spending a good time in the sancuary, travel back to Guwahati/Shillong. Tour ends here.

No Refund or Compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
Visits to Museums/Parks/Monasteries/Forts in the program is subject to their remaining open on the day of the visit as per the rules of the competent authority.
We will not bear any cost for flights cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. The cost of accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by the passenger.
No changes in the date of travel once booked.
Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
All expenses which are not included in the cost of the package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.
All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.

* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
